  Hello forums!

  I got stuck on a new problem. I work in Indesign, when I export to PDF, the pdf export files size is too large. I tried downsample when exporting to PDF, but does not reduce the size (even I choose pdf size smaller, but no luck). I have 33 images links in Indesign.

  Please help me how to do this... I know how to do with downsample, reduce the size in Acrobat, but this option doesn't help me at all.

  It sounds like you're using pictures eps links in Indesign. If so try to change to a different format as .png, .jpg, etc... and update the extension of links in Indesign PNG or jpg (to do this in Indesign, you must select all the images in criminal link and choose Relink file extension) and export your file and see what happens.

  I recently updated Acrobat X and now I am unable to save as optimized documents or PDF of reduced size. The options are available in the menu and a dialog box appears asking to file name and path optimized file access, but Acrobat will not spool. I use it at work everyday to reduce the file size of the proposals that we send - this is a major drawback.

  I checked and unchecked different options in optimization options files - he saved once when I chose only 'Images' and 'clearing '. When I tried again with the same configuration on another file, I came across the same issue I had before.

  I'm sorry, but Acrobat X has not been tested on El Capitan.

  I suggest you use a supported (Acrobat XI or DC) for your operating system version to avoid these problems.

  I'm sorry, but the links are not rendered in the preview of the files that you see on Acrobat.com. The links are not removed from the file (as you have discovered), they just are not included in the preview.

• How can I force an 'invisible' object to become "visible" when a numeric value is entered?

  So I try to force an 'invisible' subform to move to 'visible' when a numeric value greater than or equal to 22 entered in a numeric field.

  I can't get the following javascript code to work correctly with any event. I tried change, calculate, validate, events and a few more useless. The only event that sort of works with javascript code that I use is the validate event. When I enter the code in the validateevent, the invisible subform becomes visible when an amount equal to or greater than 22 is entered, but when AN amount is entered in this field, an error message appears that says "failed validation of NumericField4" and the user must click 'Ok' to get rid of the box pop up.

  Using Adobe Reader you will not be able to change the font size.

  To change the font size, you must have Acrobat installed on your computer free trial download Adobe Acrobat | Acrobat Pro DC.
