• MovieMaker in Windows does not import the mp4 videos.

  My OS is Windows xp.

  For use in Movie Maker the. MP4 files will have to
  be converted to the. Before importing WMV format.

  There are many programs that can do conversions...
  The following freeware is an example...:

  (FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
  Restore point before installing software or updates)

  (FWIW... installation..., you can uncheck
  ('all' boxes on the last screen)

  First, you will need to decompress the file or just open the
  Drag FFSetup260.exe out of the folder
  and drop it on your desktop. To install left click.

  Next, after the download and installation of Format
  Factory... you can open the program and
  left click on the toolbar, the "Option" button and
  "Select an output folder to" / apply / OK.
  (this is where you find your files after they)
  are converted)

  Drag and drop your video clips on the main screen...

  Select "all to WMV" / OK...

  Click on... Beginning... in the toolbar...

  That should do it...

  A .vob is a type of video file DVD, which, as well as other types of files is used for standard DVDs. This is a special type of file video mpg, and a single .vob file will play on just a few players. If you have installed other players, first see if it will play on one of them. Depending on the OS and WMP you have, often you can do a video .vob file play on WMP by changing the extension .vob to .mpg. The player may ask you if you want to try to read the file, and if you answer Yes, it will play then. If these two fail, there are many programs that can convert a .vob to .wmv, .mpg or other formats that WMP will play. This program is free, but pays a lot those who give you a free trial, that could be enough to get you to your current problem.

• PS CS5 - will not import the MP4 video to layers

  I recently installed Photoshop CS5 on my Mac OS X because CC tends to run slowly.

  I use Photoshop primarily to make GIFs (Tumblr).

  However, when I try to import video frames to layers, video MP4 are grayed out. AVI videos are not, but the screen is blank when I try to import those, and the layers are black. The only way to "solve" this question is if I change the extension on a MP4 file to AVI. so I can import video frames to layers. But I don't want to have to do this for all of the videos that I want to use, and there must be a better solution.

  I have been through a lot of sons of people having the same problem, so a few quick things:

  • I have Quicktime installed and updated. This isn't the issue.
  • I have the extended version, not the issue or the other.
  • I went from 64 bit to 32 bit (because the import of video images on layers is apparently not possible at all on 64-bit), so this isn't the problem
  • Some people have said to change to "all file types", but as you can see in the screenshot as, I don't have this option

  

  Need help please, there must be a way to solve this problem

  There are two ways, but you'll find maybe easier to use Bridge > tools > rename batch to change the extension to .avi

  Perform tasks on the Tools menu, commands rename files and carpet auto HDR and panoramic images

  Another way would be to open the MP4 video in the use of photoshop cs5 file > open

  Then you can work in mode Timeline or convert images to Animation using the menu drop-down timeline

  Flatten the images in layers

  Make frames from layers

  Are your minimized tracks - that is to say at their minimum height by default? If Yes, then you need to increase the height of the track that pictures are not displayed on the small tracks.

  There are several ways to adjust the height of the track: a double-click, mouse wheel, click-and - drag the upper part of a video track or down audio track. You perform all these actions in the track "headers" to the left of the editing area. Learn more here on this page for help. Search for "the track display.

• How can I properly import the .mp4 videos? (LR4 will not import some of them)

  Here's the question:

  I have original .mp4s that have been made either with my GoPro (1st generation) or with a video camera (I forgot what kind) and the present seem to matter very much but the .mp4s I really want to import are revised versions that have been edited in Corel Photostudio in 1080 p or 720 p .mp4 windows also indicates that they are .mp4 his .mp4 also says file extensions, but when I go to properties the edited videos look as if they are audio files, but they play fine in windows media player (and I can see the video content) regarding unpublished originals; same thing I can see/play them very well.

  I don't understand why LR4 can't import it? I tried to do a conversion; but the conversion in the same resolution, keep there tend to want to high range to expand video and more grainy converted/upgraded versions ARE unwearable too.

  Y at - it that a .mp4 format specific/codec LR4 will no accept? If yes what is it?

  If the problem is that the mp4 out of Corel, is possible that you are using a flavor of MP4 which is not supported by Lightroom? Are there options for export in h.264 or something else?

• Still crashes when using the Adobe Dynamic Link to import the Bluray video.

  When I try to import the video again using either the Adobe Dynamic Link or opening and import as a timeline yet, still hangs during the "settings for transcoding to prepare."  I have Adobe Master Suite CS5 which was a download version.  I had this software for May 2011.  I was able to use the import of video in the past, but there seems to be a problem with even now.  The program has been corrupted? If I need to download it again to fix it, how can I do this?

• buttons within a clip to control the same video clip?

  I'm trying to place inside a clip buttons to control the scenario of the clip even. This does not seam to work as buttons on the main timeline. When I play the movie the cursor does not turn in a helping hand and the rolloever affects only the kind of work. I read on command video with the buttons on the main timeline, but I need a button to change to half-way through the movieclip. I want to be able to jump to the inner planes, while in the outer section and vice versa. It would seem that this button would work in the same way within a clip as they do on the main timeline, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I use CS3. Scrip action 2.0 is selected, but I could change it to 3.0 if it would make a difference.

  Save yourself some frustration and start with the basics in a simple example, rather than trying to involve the finished piece.  Create a movieclip and place a button on the inside.  Add a function to the time until the button is more behaves as you expect... that should signal where you hit a snag.

  I need to get a table of the top 10 movie clips that have the closest position (X / Y) to any given clip.
  
  Of course, I could do this with a lot of sorting. And I could do with a server call and use PHP, as it progressed multidimensional array, sorting methods. But I would avoid calls to the server, as they will slow down the app.
  
  Is there some high-level way to do this in Actionscript? I use Flash MX (6).

  So my music on my video which was made in first pro cc 2015,3 adobe decreases whenever there is a sound effect. It is very annoying, because this does not happen in the timeline panel.   I'm a fan of PotPlayer myself.  I think it's the best out there, better even than the revered VLC.

  But it does not come with the effect to standardize on.  You will need to turn it off manually.

• How to access the variable in the child video clip

  I have a flash file that uses php to manipulate a database and returns a variable (data_xml) to document data in XML from the database. In this case, as well as others within the parent company. Now, I have a child movieclip that shows analyzed data, but I'm unable to access the variable from the child movieclip. The code associated with this is:

  and I get the following two errors that point to the second line as the problem:

  1151: there is a conflict with definition myXML in the internal namespace.

  WARNING: 3596: duplicate variable definition.

  I unchecked automatically "declare instances of the scene" because I have seen the one proposed for the 1151: error, but I still have not the same two errors.

  You've declared the variable twice. Variable can be declared only once in any scope. So, your code should be:

  what I have to do is to disable the arrows 'before' or 'back' as soon as they are useless... It's buttons in the MCs, which executes a mc containing thumbs, using the following script:
