  When I try to create a new email, I do not receive my contact list, or when I go into people do something else that a message suggested that I contact Microsoft.   According to the description you provided, it looks like that you want to export all the contacts within the people App, and import them into your Android phone.

  For which application you want to import the contacts on your Android phone?

  There is no option to export directly to people contacts App but, you can export the web e-mail contacts. E.g. If you have a Live/Hotmail account configured on your application of people then; See the steps suggested by 'Michael_A' or 'Ce Mark' in the next thread that explains how to export contacts of Windows Live/Hotmail on the web:

  It's easy to manage your contacts using the Contacts folder in the file Explorer.

  Go to the desktop and open Explorer Windows (Windows key + E).

  Navigate to the C:\Users\your folder name\Contacts.

  Click on the help icon in top/right side of the window.

  This will show the details on the import, export, management Contacts, creating and managing groups, etc.

  When you make changes in the Contacts folder, these changes are automatically applied to the App people, the Email app and other applications where the contacts are used.

  Check the iPhone and Mac use the same service then synchronize Contacts.

  On Mac, including limiting to one account/service.

  There may be problems if the Mac uses iCloud, Google and Yahoo and others all at the same time.

I would prefer that people contact me by e-mail rather than dealing with the overload of friendship Jive. I can handle my own privacy and treat from India myself.
