  Hi shriraymond,

  After installing PES 12, you will need to enter the serial number when prompted to the trial license version and convert it into a full version.

  OK, the only thing to do is to uninstall PSE, restart your computer and re - install the PES.

• I try to download some designs PES of an attachment in gmail.

  Unfortunately, they find themselves in a file Adobe Reader and Windows Photo Viewer and neither one can read images.  How do I get this cleaned up.  I want to download these files on my desktop so I can load into my sewing machine.

  According to the description, it looks like you are facing a problem while accessing the PES file on your computer.

  In order to open designs PES, you need Embird Studio application.

  PES is embroidery Embrid Format. PES file extension serves as a marker for the PE-Design software, allowing it to locate and properly use the information contained in the file. PE-Design software is used to create embroidery designs that are then sent to a machine to sew embroidery to run.
   
  PES files can be used with the Bernina embroidery home Brother, Babylock machines.

• Questions: Alignment, all uppercase by default of culture

  1. If I select these layers two text and choose the alignment: Middle, PSE moves from two of them. How I would say PES to move a single layer (by aligning under the other)?

  

  2. when I typed the text in these layers, PSE put the uppercase letters, independently of the police. How did this happen and how to cancel it?

  3. when I choose the crop tool, PSE implements a departure for the crop rectangle. I don't want that - I want to start over. I know that I can click on the tool button crop again to the way I want, but is possible to have it default to any rectangle?

  Try to use the lock icon just to the right of 'the eye' for a layer. The second layer should align based on this position.

• 13.1 for PES update does not work

  I did the download of 13.1 for PSE 13. If I start the PES software I get a window to start the installation. If I start the Installation I have to confirm and then after 3 or 5 second I get another window saying "installation is complete", but the update is not installed. If I start the PSE, I get the same window.

  I also have other problems with the program because the program does not work stable.

  Now I want to uninstall the program and do a fresh install. I also want to delete the files from the registry. My question now is: is there a list with the names of files to delete files?

  I have a PC with Windows 7. I uninstalled the post-secondary education program and I did a new install but without deleting the registry files. Still, I can't install the update 13.1.

  This error pops up when there are some files that have been corrupted on the system.

  To resolve this problem, please reinstall PSE 13 and then try to install the updates.

• PES 11 installed before the upgrade to win 10 arw, edition number

  PES 11 was working fine with win 7. upgraded to win 10 home and first time I used this program I have a problem with ARW Editor.

  the space of the image is OK, but the slider beside the edit page has a black background (not on my other computer, his normal readable gray) and there is

  no title above the sliders. the only controls that are barely visible are AUTO, the DEFAULT BUTTONS. The graph is there and OK and sliders work, but the titles

  are missing. I did something that I don't remember and titles appeared but the first time I move a cursor, then disappear all titles.

  So if anyone can help it would be appreciated.

  Another question is: if I can reinstall PSE 11 and what I have to do an uninstall first or can I install during the current program installed without any problem or / and it will offer to repair or install? before proceeding. I don't want two separate facilities on the same pc.

  I have to disable the first?

  Reinstalling does not solve the problem. When installing W10 on another PC, I came across a frame that I decided to try on this PC.

  Settings > ease of access > high contrast > This must be set to NONE for the workspace in ACR or visible. When I changed this

  parameters to ZERO, everything has worked, the visibility was normal.

  I'm this contribution in case someone else has this problem.

• It is possilble to convert RGB to CMYK in PES 11?

  My external printer uses CMYK only and when they convert my RGB to CMYK image, color printed is different then the color that I see on my screen.  I searched the community for a similar question previously asked, but discussions gives me for PES 11.  Thank you.

  It is the same for all versions of PSE: No. Adobe is very strict on conservation that as one of the differences between PSE and Psalm you could ask your printing service if they do. They will generally, but at an extra cost. If you need to do this a lot you should consider the upgrade to CC.

• 10.2 ATG with sendEmail script question

  I use ATG10.2, and I have created a registry script that sends an email, welcome as email of new records.

  I have configured all the smtp properties, but the email is not send. I checked the property of the EmailEtat function in the profile, and it's valid status.

  I don't have any error, and debug component scenarioManager I saw that the event is atg.dps.Register, it seems.

  But I got this in my debug as:

  "the individual instances 0 were found for the user object: 4604715.

  Any idea?

  Not sure what exactly is the problem in your environment, but just throw in some ideas... TemplateEmailSender has a property to send emails in the same thread. You can check that I think that for the events of local scenario it can be safely set to false.

  Try to set dummyMode to true in SMTPEmail and check if you can see all of the markup of your email template rendered in the console ports server logs / every time e-mail action is triggered. I say this just to confirm that e-mail action is getting triggered after each event registration, so we're good up to this point. Sometimes, if you have multiple instances of ATG to connect to the same database, it is possible an instance of thugs (who might have been saved as ESG/PES) may out messages before internal event queue JMS gets it a legitimate server. So be sure that you are not running in this kind of situation.

  In the ATG, when e-mail messages are sent using sender of model, an HTTP request is generated and maintained to make the JSP email template. So another area, you can watch it if any custom pipeline servlet which is originally a question because this request goes through the pipeline.

• Rendering ARC of DNG files of photos taken with the new Canon Powershot G16 'PSE V10 + CR 6.4.1' and 'PES V13 + CR 8.6 "

  Because (for reasons that are not suitable to my questions): I can not reasonably migrate to new Versions of PSE and I'm more or less stuck for a few years for the use of PSE V10. I'm so looking for a relatively effective solution to the process/change (a small percentage) of the RAW files from my new future/camera (s) with the combination of PSE V10 and CR 6.4.1 (according to my understanding, PSE V10 does not support CR 8.6 - PSE V10 not even allows you to import new cameras RAW files in the PSE catalog).

  I was hoping that the DNG Converter could be a good solution for me. I intended

  • to convert the RAW files from my new camera (and my new future cameras) with an updated version of the DNG Converter,
  • import the .dng files in PSE V10
  • and then access to (and then for a few of them: change) DNG files with the combination of PSE V10 and CR 6.4.1.

  However, I felt recently, the profile only camera of the CR 6.4.1 that makes reasonably well my new compact camera Canon Powershot G16 DNG files is the 'Adobe Standard' of the camera profile.  In my tests with the combination of PSE V10 and ACR 6.4.1, rendering of these files with other CR 6.4.1 DNG profiles (for example the 'faithful camera' profile) (on colors and brightness/contrast) is really ugly and (to a layperson like me) more or less unusable (while rendering the same DNG file with the profile "Camera Faithfull" from the combination of CR 8.6 + PSE V13 is entirely reasonable).

  May I ask the following questions to someone who is familiar with the format, DNG and CR?

  1. My observations (i.e. made ugly of Canon Powershot G16 photos with the "profile trusty camera" ACR 6.4.1) correspond to what experts DNG should and expect?
  2. What is the likely reason for the ugly rendering of the 'faithful Camera' profile of the VC 6.4.1? The converter DNG not include a specific G16 'Faithful Camera' profile in the DNG file?
  3. Or do you think I did something wrong and I'm the one to blame for the ugly rendering with the 'Faithful Camera' profile used by CR 6.4.1? If this is the case: I have probably wrong and what can I do better?
  4. Do you think that the combination of the PSE V10 and CR 6.4.1, I'm having similar problems with the conversion to DNG Raw files in the future cameras as the successor to the Nikon D5300 or D7100 (which I'd probably buy once available)? Or do you think that the problems that I encountered with the Powershot G16 photos are not likely to occur with most other new camwras?

  Have you tried camera raw 6.7 in EPS 10?

  This is the last plugin raw from the camera to the EP 10.

• Transfer of records and albums of PES 11 to 13 of PES

  How can I transfer records and albums of PES 11 toy PSE 13 on a Mac.  I asked this question three times now and have not had a response.  I'm not very wise computer a simple explanation would be appreciated.

  You run the PES 13 on the same mac as PES 11? When you first open the Organizer it should find your PES 11 catalog and offer to convert. If it doesn't, go to file > manage catalogues, choose your old catalog and click on convert.

  If it is a new computer, make a full backup of your catalog of PES 11 using the Organizer backup command and then restore on PSE 13 on the new computer.

• PES 12 download and edit NEF raw files

  I have a new Nikon D7100 and PES 10.  10 PSE does not support the NAVE of this camera Raw files.  PSE 12 download and edit the 7100 D Raw files?

  Someone will probably answer that until I've finished typing.

  Your question is less with PES than ACR or Adobe Camera Raw.  ACR works somewhat like a conversion engine for RAW photos of all the different models of camera to photo of Adobe programs.   Adobe updates for models all recent few months.  They do not allow useful descendant of software elements.

  So you get two choices.  You can upgrade PES that works with the current ACR modules.  If you don't want to learn the new interface and tools in PSE 12, you can use the free and downloadable "Adobe DNG Converter" which is also followed for the new camera models.  It will be batch process camera drops you off at a RAW format more universal which is useful in the software that you have.
