  Sony A7R II files are not supported in Lightroom 5.

  You need at least version 6.1.1 or CC2015.1.1 to access these files: supported by Adobe Camera Raw devices

  You can upgrade your program of Lightroom or Adobe DNG Converter allows you to convert raw files to DNG and import them into Lightroom.

• Photos of ICloud loading only photos taken with the Iphone.

  Apple TV 3rd generation, does not load pictures that have been uploaded to Icloud Photos on PC.  They appear on all my other Ios devices, iPad 2 and Iphone. Have signed in and out of the Icloud several times, enabled and disabled photostream and photos of Icloud.  Only 12 recent photos taken on the Iphone appear.

  It seems that your default printer is set to "Send to OneNote". Assuming that you have installed and configured your printer, you should be able to change the default printer to the correct by:

  -Open printers by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, hardware and sound and then click Printers.
  -Right click on the printer that you want to use and then click on set as default printer.

  The 70 d has not supported until the Camera Raw version 8.2:

  You have two options: upgrade to at least Photoshop CC or CS6 or get the free DNG Converter to convert your RAWs 70 d DNG for use in CS5. The last option will always require an additional step.

  Thank you Joe Maniac.  I deleted the original linked files on my internal hard drive which were dng files, but had copies of the raw files edited and edited the exported raw files (in JPEG format).  I don't have copies of dng files.  So what I ended up having to do was import the original raw files which then made a DNG copy on my internal hard drive.  The link has not changed, but now the files were back in the original track for missing photo alerts disappeared and I was able to see my change history.  The process has been painful, but without the dng, I had nothing to do a link to more if at least re-import them files has recreated the dng.  I don't know if there was an easier way, but it seemed that the problem did not the link deletion.  I use LR for a few years, but it was a rookie mistake, precipitated by my hard drive being so jammed up I ended up delete what I shouldn't.  I should have just moved the dng and the link to an external hard drive.   The camera doesn't shoot in PPP: it draws pixels & pictures will be X pixels wide by pixels X maximum. The printers use DPI & you should be 300 DPI or more for high-quality printing. Some software opens your photos & shows how great a feel you could do at 72 DPI, but who is just something built in the program & no has no real meaning, unless you plan to make a wall poster. It's unimportant info 99.9%of time.

• Cannot access photos taken with camera assistant

  I used the camera wizard to extract the photos from my camera digital polaroid i835.  In the past I could simply access it through my computer by selective USB key on which the device has been connected, select the photos and copy and then sticking them to my pictures in My Documents.  For some reason any today there was a problem so I used the camera Assistant.  He did copy the folder marked polaroid in my images, but when I try to access it, the folder opens and the pictures begin to appear and then I get the error message that the application must close and then "send the error message' or 'do not send' I even tried to access it through safe mode by using the command prompt , but even if the files are listed using dir / p, when I try copy 154.le jpg (or polaroid 154.le jpg because he seems to be appointed) I get the message "file not found".  If I try to attach a photo of this file to an e-mail message, the email app everything stops.  If I try to open a photo from this folder in the paint, then paint stops. I spent four and a half hours trying to solve this problem. Unfortunately the wizard removed the files from my camera before I realized what was going on and that I could stop it to do.  I think that the pictures are on my computer in the folder.  I just can't access. In addition, the folder on my flash drive with old pictures recorded by copy and paste of this camera now allows the same error and I can't access those not more, although I already have.  What could be wrong?

  Personally, I think I would delete the problem of
  the disk hard drive... looks like they are corrupt for me.

  Maybe you can recover files from flash drive
  with the following free software:

  (FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)

  I suggest you please update Camera Raw 9.1.1: Camera Raw of Adobe Photoshop CC and CS6 Installer

  Once done, launch Photoshop and click Help > about plug-in > Camera Raw.

  And check the version of Camera Raw, you see there, it should be the most recent.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  The program worked perfectly in the past.

  I contacted Support Adobe this morning, and they were able to solve the problem.  It was difficult.

  Unfortunately, there is no built-in memory.

  It should have been a card number flashing to the top left of the camera then you would know.

  In addition, it would have taken a message given during use - I don't think that there is no option to disable the notifications, but I could be wrong.

  Nevertheless, unfortunately, these images have disappeared and there would be a message card number at the top left.
