Phone calls with Global WindowsTechincal Service Dept provider

How can I verify that this is a legitimate service provider for Microsoft?

I get multiple calls from this company, which I FINALLY got their name: Global service provider window
Phone # 315-352-0912
Name of the person of Tech: Mike Stanley (with strong accent Middle East)

I got several calls, several people different (some with an Asian accent), was trying to tell me that we have several problems with our computer, and they tried to make me shut down my computer and follow their instructions.  In one case, they asked me to go online and the website, Sharemycomputernow.com and allow them to have access to my computer.

I have been unable to confirm that they they are a provider of Microsoft Windows services legitimate and asked them to stop calling me.

If this is really a scam, where should I publish information or to report?

It's not legitimate.
It's a scam and with various names and phone numbers, is
becomes more common lately.
In addition to their money get on your part to do anything of any value,
If you leave them in your computer, which knows what losses they did are
where confidential information they stole.

So if you have done so, I highly recommend that you do both of the following
immediately:

1 do a clean reinstall of Windows.
2. change all of your passwords, especially banks or other
financial sites.

Report any where, unfortunately, doesn't help.

    There are NO errors sent to anyone.

    It's a scam.

    It is general guidance for this type of "cold" calls.

    Either these so-called "Microsoft" Tech companies want to sell you a worthless software, or remote access to your computer to try to steal your credit card and bank information and also achieve an identity theft on you.

    If you gave them remote access and you do Internet banking, contact your bank, to explain, and change passwords.

    If you use your online credit card, cancel and get a new one issued to you.

    And the only way that willl you know that you are free to them is to backup your data and do a clean install of your operating system.

    It is a type of scam. If they call again, don't give them access to your computer, like your security could be compromised. Just hang up, tech support companies good reputation are not unsolicited phone calls.

    I have a Curve 8320 which was initially branded as a T-Mobile phone.  It is unlocked, and I use it with AT & T service.

    Phone works fine, just like internet and Messaging.  However, I can't set up email and cannot set up on the Blackberry Internet Service web page as he says he is not registered with my provider of wireless.  I followed the steps on the phone to save, no luck.

    Support technical at & T said that they cannot set up a profile on the Blackberry page for me, as long as T-Mobile removes the old profile for this phone.  T-Mobile tech service dept basically said that they have no idea what talking about AT & T & suggested that contact Blackberry directly to get the deleted profile.  Tech AT & T once said that it's done, I can set up a new profile page www.att.blackberry.com and everything will be good.

    So, how can I get the blackberry web page deleted profile of T-Mobile, as AT & T rep service tech says needs to be done? Or is this info correct that AT & T provided?  Or is this phone locked for always in service of T-Mobile for e-mail and I have to buy an AT & T branded Blackberry?

    Yes, a BB data plan is a must.  I assumed that since you were talking about registering the device and had talked to a representative already you probably had the current plan.

    The question of the spindle is a question that often comes up when you try to set up email on the appliances.

    Glad that your question was just the data plan.  The pin version number can be much more difficult to solve.

    It is a scam! Not to follow their instructions or advice and not to provide ANY information to them.

    Because they use the internet lines and/or phone to complete their fraud, there may be federal agencies in your country who are interested in discovering their calls. Their report directly to the appropriate agency if you feel you can contribute to their arrest and the charges.

    Microsoft do NOT pick up the phone and start dialing customers and never phones/e-mails asking for personal information or asking them to visit a web site!

    That said, I don't think that outgoing calls work on continuity since another iPhone. given that the iphone is designed to make calls through its own service.

    Document to support that you just did not mention calls from a secondary iPhone at all, it points to Mac, iPad and iPod touch, which leads me to believe that it won't work.

    It runs from devices such as iPads and Macs, who have no other way to place a cell call.
