  Try to reload your operating system. This reload BlackBerry World as well as the rest of your phone. To do this, connect your phone to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software. Once your phone has been recognized, click device at the top of the software, and then click on restore. Choose the most recent restore point and the load. That should solve your problem.

  I have Twitter version installed on my Torch 9800 4.0.0.15 and use Twitter frequently during the last six months.
