Photo implements differently then what I see on the screen

I use a Macbook with Retina display with photos taken for the most part a Nikon in Raw. My photos look great in LR and PS CC, but when I save photos is another story.

Here are some examples of what happens

  1. Recorded in jpeg format and uploaded to watch on iPad mini 3 and the pictures look flat and the color is very dull and out of the original. I pulled up other photos on iPad mini 3 that were made on my computer Windows 8 with the help of LR and PS CC and they are very good
  2. When I use the option export to Web color is great, but if you click the original tab or look at the 2nd place of the original Tiff seems dull, color is no as vibrant than what I see on my screen.

Assistance or direction on where to find would be appreciated

For the web and devices, you will need to register in sRGB. Other color spaces are not display correctly in most situations. Save for Web should take care of this for you. Regarding the delay, monitor of the iPad appears not/perfect shade because it is not calibrated. In addition, your computer display is well calibrated? This is the first step in the color accuracy.

  • Flattening, save money, levels: a very different output than what I see on the screen

    Photoshop wizards! I'm stumped on this problem and it's driving me bananas! It's a simple photoshop file, thus creating a background star field using noise and great basic tools. However, when I try somehow to save or flatten the image, the results look different way from what I see on the screen! This problem just started today and I don't know why, and nothing I've tried has fixed it. I am literally unable to create anything because whenever I try to save, I get a very different picture.

    photoshop.jpg
    In this screenshot, I use the save for web window to show what is happening, but it's the same, if I Flatten all layers, merged copy or try to save it as that - of course the results are not what my original document shows. It's like levels and layers are completely ignored. The same thing also happens when I try to apply levels to any similar image, it seems to go in the preview, and then totally different after the application.

    There is no transparency, layer styles or something tricky going. The document has the color management and RGB 8-bit/channel, test colors is disabled. I restarted my computer restarted the document from scratch twice, reset my preferences, off hardware acceleration, updated for the last CC 2015.5 and have been Googling for the last hour... no luck.

    I forget something really stupid, or I don't know what. I remember running on this problem before with my old laptop, but I do not remember what was the solution if I ever found a. If anyone wants to check out the document, it will be temporarily here:

    Stats: Mac OS X MacBook Pro 10.11.4, (2015)
    Appreciate any help!

    Glimpses of adjustment are calculated on the basis of the ratio of the screen zoom. This is done for performance reasons.

    In other words: If you view at 50%, the preview adjustment is calculated from this version sous-échantillonnées. Now look at this reduction of scale means causing the pixel details - it becomes blurry and fuzzy. So now you get a series of intermediate values that do not exist in the original, and you see adjusted values that do not exist. I can give you a false idea. But when you post adjustment (Flattening), the complete original data are used.

    Always keep in mind that the beach tonal adjustments have no effect on each of the pixels that are pure black or pure white. They only work on the medium gray.

    This consideration applies to all images with high acutance (sharp pixel-level transitions). It is not normally a problem for a normal picture with smooth transitions.

    Export a large number of images, and some of them come looking very different to what I see in photoshop...

    It is nothing complicated, just an image with a mask and a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer applied. Some do well, some strange - see image attached.

    Can anyone tell why this is happening? This has messed up my entire workflow now...

    Use inheritance save for Web. If I understand correctly, the fast export is not a finished work.

    I have an extension called "Export Helper" and it presents a small panel with buttons to activate the features for exporting CC in 2015.

    Download here: https://creative.adobe.com/addons/products/12270 and save it as a workspace, so you never have to keep it open.

  • Ripping out exactly what I see in the control screen, bad elimination deinterlacing lines

    Well, here's one for you gurus of EI.

    THE PROBLEM I AM TRYING TO FIX:

    Ship a 29.97 progressive YUV QT 10-bit uncompressed file.  However, it seems that they have imported extracts in their project to FCP7 and cut into their sequence without correctly deinterlacing.  If randomly through on the quicktime I come across photos as with this one, with issuance of horizontal field looking thing:

    Screen Shot 2016-02-17 at 8.56.57 PM.png

    I THINK I SOLVED THE PROBLEM IN AFTER EFFECTS:

    I have import QT into AE, select the clip, images interpreted.  The only thing I change is:

    Comply with a rate of 29.97

    But if you look at the screenshot below, it looks like all I've done is change the pace of (29.970 fps) to 29.97.  No difference, right?  Don't know what that means extra 0.

    Screen Shot 2016-02-17 at 9.02.59 PM.png

    Then I did a right click on the QT interval and make a composition, and to my surprise, the problem is gone when I play the composition in the preview window.  I have no idea what I changed, but the horizontal bad deinterlace lines go away on a progressive scan computer monitor that I play the composition.  Even went when I don't have a frame.  In addition, I can play on the composition, SDI, through my Extreme BlackMagic 4 k card and record on my drive SSD HyperDeck BlackMagic SDI signal.  I then import the new Quicktime test, I recorded, and the lines are gone.

    Screen Shot 2016-02-17 at 8.58.03 PM.png

    SO, WHAT'S THE PROBLEM? :

    So why don't I have just play and record on SSD?  AE does not reproduce the entire file in real time, even with 40 gigabytes of ram assigned to AE.  So, I get stuttering and would start and stop all the time for a 30-minute show.

    I can also make a file that looks like the control screen.  Either I get the same question interlaced, or a new issue of interlacing that looks like this:

    Screen Shot 2016-02-17 at 10.46.47 PM.png

    Because I don't think that there are fields in the original file, AE must do something with shutter angle or motion blur.

    I have a suspicion that play QT perfectly in the control screen because of the motion blur settings available in the advanced composition settings:

    Screen Shot 2016-02-17 at 10.08.21 PM.png

    Is the motion blur settings above only operate in the control screen and do not affect the file when rendering output?  I tried various effects of force motion blur, but they didn't have the shutter Angle options and samples per frame, no options for the shutter Phase or Adaptive sample limit.  I want to make what I see in the control screen and what I see when I play on my 4 K decklink extreme card.

    In other words, return exactly what the composition is, how do we make this happen?

    Is there something like rendering even model, or as a function of mixing?

    Thanks for reading this far.

    strange you haven't posted on your interpreting field and menu settings drop down. If you check, the image could be essentially interlaced EI. upper or lower is determined by the type of images, size, SD, HD etc.

    as Mylenium said, full resolution needs to see executives and not draft mode either.

    QT deinterlace probably too.

    Since you said striping disappears, I tend to think that's not not 23.976 images 3:2 pulldown or you would go in a cadence important editing issue. I believe you have footage 29.97 interlaced standard.

    I have Dell ispron B130 running windows xp, how do I print what is displayed on the screen using the PRNT SCRN key?

    The 'Print screen' button is misnamed.  In fact, what happens when you press it, it is that an image of the screen is copied to the Clipboard.  You must then open an application that can work with images (paint works) and paste in the opened window (or right-click > paste or edit > paste).  Then you can use the regular print of this application (for example, the file > print).

    You can also download free IrfanView.  It is a very handy utility.  It allows you to open and view a wide variety of image file formats and also has the capability of the bulk renaming of files and - for your current number - capture screen images and prints them out.

  • ESN returned by CDMAInfo is different than what is displayed on the status screen

    Hello

    I'm developing an application that runs on BB and need to check with the Web server if it is registered. We used IMEI ESN for CDMA and GSM networks to identify the device. When users buy the app, they register over the phone on the internet by providing an IMEI or ESN, download the application, then the application checks the record. All of this worked well on many older devices, including CDMA ones, until we tested it on 9530 (storm).

    The problem is that ESN reported by the CDMAInfo.getESN () API is different from what the user sees on their Options/status screen. As a result, when the user manually registered on internet, NSE reported by the inadequacy of the mobile device and check the registration fails on the mobile device.

    I tried to understand why these NSU is different. Even on a simulator, if I specify ESN as one of the parameters of Simulator, the status display shows the different number. There seems to be a function of ESN, since the number changes that ESN I've specified.

    Any idea of what it might be? Why is it different? Are there any other number we can use to identify the mobile user over the internet?

    Thank you.

    Denis

    How about you, you give us two or three pairs ESN (State vs getESN API screen) for example?

    Also, try formatting the ESN returned by CDMAInfo.getESN () like this:

    int esn = CDMAInfo.getESN();
    int firstPart = (esn >>> 24) & 0xFF;
    int secondPart = esn & 0xFFFFFF;

    return leftPad(String.valueOf(firstPart), 3, '0') + leftPad(String.valueOf(secondPart), 8, '0');
