Photo in my bed even 2nd iCloud Apple Support cannot remove, what to do next?

I am the most disappointed with Apple at this point

When iCloud library started, I download all my family photo on iCloud.

Then, woman is crazy, saying: I shouldn't put this stuff online so I deleted the iCloud photo library all... so I thought.

Couple months later, I noticed some of my photos still on iCloud.com and cannot be removed by what I have (from Mac, Safari in iOS).

After going through 2 of the 2nd support row AppleCare and the appointment of 1 hr at Apple store, they say basically there is nothing that can make.

They can put a "request" to the server, but none of them do not know when or if it can be fixed. They cannot even give an ETA.

I was told it could be days, weeks or months, essentially any time from here to eternity. "Please be patient".

While they are working on it, I was told to backup all my iCloud files, since it can be destroyed at anytime. What?

This means that all the files I put on iCloud would be endangered since you can't save all the files all the time.

Top icing of this, is that I still pay for the storage of the photo, I want to be deleted because they take the space of my iCloud.

Yes, $1 per month is not a big deal, but it's the principle of things.

I've exhausted every available public support, telephone support AppleCare at the Genius bar to twitter.

Heck, I even sent this story of * and find this address is no longer available (fact Tim Cook no longer want to receive e-mail from fan?)

That the community, would you recommend to me?

Also, am I the only one * here? Nobody doesn't care because, when you export your file to iCloud, it might be stuck and cannot be removed by Apple?

INB4 get a < device not Apple integration > I am angry but not crazy.

I started with. Mac. I so want to Apple to do well in the area of online services, but they keep me just disappointing. Why can they be more like Google on this front?

  • iCloud Photo Library Download stuck after changing icloud account

This is FYI if someone of another encounter the same problem, I've had.

My daughter Mac and iphone used a common icloud account that has been set up for the family some time ago.   She had a lot of photos stored in icloud, through Photos.  We decided to create account it with his own icloud and itunes recently.

The first question icloud was in its disconnection from the old account.  The message that you will lose pictures and videos that are not fully downloaded to the Mac we fear for a few days because there is no easy way that we could find to determine in advance what photos and videos were not fully downloaded.  So, we tried for these days download all photos and videos but did not seem to make any progress.  After a few days, we have bet that we could continue with disconnection and risk losing the photos and videos they would be still in icloud under the old account.  Then we saw on the screen depending on who told us that we will lose only 3 photos and 1 video - too bad that the screen has not come earlier.  So we disconnected.

The second question icloud came after connected to the new icloud account and tried to get his Mac photos to sync up to pictures of icloud.  We spent 2 or 3 days waiting for them to update and 2 separate calls with Apple support but no resolution.  There were two additional things, I noticed: 1) the iCloud library update bar (under preferences/Photos/account) remained empty (i.e., no green progress bar) for 2 or 3 days indicating no progress has been made and 2) next to the heading 'ICloud photo library' was the message in red that I had 29 (then 28 then 27) days to download my photos to icloud prior to their removal.  It made me suspicious that it was a reference to the photos under the old account and I was connected to the new account.  So, today, I bet and disconnected the new icloud account and once again had the same 3 photos and 1 video message would be deleted, that I accepted.  Then I signed in to the new account icloud, got informed that I had too little space on the new account to all the pictures and videos to download, I opted for more space (paying), end connection, then pictures/properties/account and viola, iCloud library update bar now give me 1) a number of pictures to download and green 2) in the progress bar.

    So, to summarize:

    1. If you're worried about losing your photos (or other files) If you disconnect your icloud account, note 1) you should be able to recover if you reconnect to the account and 2) that there is a window that will tell you how much you will lose (even if have never heard you those who), and
    2. If the synchronization ends up with no apparent progress made (especially no count of how many must be synchronized or no visible 'green' progress) then a possible solution is to disconnect, and then reconnect to your icloud account.

  • How to remove photos from all locations (Camera Roll / iCloud / PhotoStream)

    Hi all

I searched the forums high and low and can't quite find the right answer for what I am trying to accomplish. I'd appreciate really any advice on how to go about this... Let me give you some background info.

    The ecosystem

    -An Apple ID

-iOS 2 devices (iPhone 6, iPad Mini 3) and a Macbook Pro all connected to the same Apple ID

-iCloud library active on all devices

-Transfer to PhotoStream active on all devices

    The problem

-My local storage iPhone runs out quickly and ideally, I would like to delete photos on the spot, but I would for these photos to be also disappeared everywhere else (iCloud, other devices). I'm not sure that this is even possible, but I was hoping someone may be able to enlighten us and help me out.

Thank you in advance for your help!

With iCloud library activated, all you have to do is remove the photo on any of your devices and it will be removed in the world.

Given your description, that you don't need to activate my photo stream, you can disable that.

  • How to remove photos from my iPhone without deleting icloud photo library?

My iPhone is full and I wanted to remove some photo to release some spaceso I supported the up to iCloud and I started to remove photos. ***? They are endangered to iCloud! I'm sure this question has been beat to death, but how you remove photos from their phone without removing them from their photo library iCloud?

    So frustrating.

Does anyone know of a solution to this?

iCloud is a synchronization system, not just external storage.  Once you turn on photo library all you do with a photo is on ALL of your devices (including remove them).  See the last section in this article on how to recover pictures that you inadvertently deleted:

  • IPhone Photo: can I delete on the Iphone, but who will remove them icloud Photos

I want to assure you that try to save space on my Iphone or Ipad, I not permanently erase the photos on my photo library iCloud. Just recently, I migrated iPhoto Photos and raised my iCloud to 200 GB storage. My iPhoto library is large (several years photos) to 72 GB. Since my Ipad and Iphone are connected to this library iCloud, I don't want to go beyond memory on these two smaller devices (Iphone and Ipad). My MBP has lots of storage and that was my main place to keep the photos. Any suggestions on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated.
    Skip

iCloud photo library is designed to adjust the size of the library stored on your device for the storage available on this device. But we must "Maximize pictures" turned on under settings > Photos. Here is an excerpt of the article first, I provided a link for below:

Can I use iCloud photo library to save space on my device?

iCloud photo library automatically keeps all of your photos and videos in the original version, in high resolution. Follow these steps to choose how you store your photos and videos on your device:

    • On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, tap Settings > iCloud > pictures or settings > Photos & camera, then select a storage parameter.
    • On your Mac, click on Photos > Preferences > iCloud, and select a storage parameter.

If you turn on [device] Optimize storage, iCloud photo library manages automatically the size of your library on your device, you can make the most of your device storage and access photos more than ever. All of your original photos, full resolution and the videos are stored in iCloud while unit size versions are stored on your device. You can download original photos and videos over Wi - Fi or cell phone when you need it.

If you turn on download original, iCloud photo library will keep your original, full resolution photos and videos on iCloud and on your device. Download the originals is the default setting for iOS devices with 5 GB free storage plan and all Mac devices.

You need an Internet connection to access a photo original or video that is stored only in iCloud.

  • Photos added in the download on my PC "iCloud Photos" folder do not appear in iCloud. iCloud download photo library box unticked by itself after a minute.

Photos added in the download on my PC "iCloud Photos" folder do not appear in iCloud. In addition, iCloud library box get unchecked by itself after a minute. I had already added a subdirectory with images in the "Uploads" directory that uses 54 MB and I don't see them going to the cloud.

The problem disappeared after restarting my PC. Thanks to the support of Apple make this stage of growth of fundamental problems.

  • Transfer of the photo library to new Mac via iCloud

I bought a new iMac to replace an old MacBook Pro.  Rather than a Migration Assistant, I opted to do a fresh install of things since the MBP had years and years of junk on it.  In any case, of the MBP, I downloaded the very large library of Photos to iCloud (which eventually took more than two weeks).

On the new iMac, in pictures, I checked 'use iCloud' and ' download origiovals full resolution for this Mac. "   Now I see in the preferences in pictures (on the iMac), it now says "DOWNLOAD files 13 500 to iCloud.

I'm confused by the present, since there is no native picture on the iMac, then what, exactly, he's trying to do? All photos should not be a descendant of the cloud, does not extend to it?

Furthermore, if I deleted the file PhotosLibrary on the iMac and copied the file PhotosLibrary of my old MBP and continue to synchronize with iCloud, the process would be quite smart to know tha all these pictures are already in iCloud and don't have reuploaded (or may have duplicates of everything)?

Life was so much simpler before decide me to (try to) link to the photos between my Mac, iPhone and iPad via iCloud.  Come on, Apple. "What happened to"it works"

Whenever you open a library to use with iCloud photo library, the Mac will download and compare all the pictures with iCloud.  He will try to avoid duplicates and probably succeed.

If you have already invested a lot of work in your library on the MBP, if you have created projects - book, calendars, appointed the faces, it would be better to copy the library. The names of faces will not iCloud, also download your books and calendars will be missing.

See: use Photos and photo library on several Macs - Apple Support iCloud

But if you don't need to save the labels of faces and projects, it should be faster to download the photos to iCloud.

  • Must photo images be stored in the iCloud?

I just bought a new iMac... replace my old duo core intel 20 "... and my situation is that my internet connection is a satellite which has a limited monthly data plan.  There is no downloading easy and seamless with my modem and some interruption buffering and wait.  I hope that I might be able to download my Creative Suite 5.5 system to use Photoshop, but have read compatibility problems.  In my view, there is a record of bugs, so we'll cross bridge bit I'm sure that.
Otherwise, I have to limit myself to my MacBook Pro for work of the image.  In any case... is the question of the storage of images, and I'm a little confused on the cloud everything.  I understand the benefits, and that what is in the cloud is accessible from anywhere and by several devices.  In my situation, where I have a data plan... I can't risk or to offer data chatter.  The new system will be an option to disable the iCloud... and simply to store my images, video, etc., on the drive?  I use external drives as well... for storage.

    Thank you

N ° the use of the photo library of iCloud is completely optional and is designed for photos between your Mac and all the mobile devices or other Mac you have.

When you begin using Photos do not select the iCloud photo library Photos iCloud preferences window:

If you have a mobile device, you can select my photo stream and iCloud photo sharing because they use the WiFi for their transfers. More of my photo stream are in the paper Apple: My Photo Stream FAQ - Apple Support

HOWEVER, Photoshop doesn't have direct access to the photos in the photo library as it did with iPhoto. You will need to export the photos to a folder on the desktop and edit them from here with PS.

The latest CS applications may be able to access the photo library via the option menu open file ➙ and using the media browser that we can with Safari in El Capitan:

  • How can I save my photos from the imac to the icloud

I am able to sync all my iPhones to the icloud but do not know how to set up on my iMac. Any help would be appreciated

You can save an iOS to iCloud device, but note that Apple does not backup to iCloud from a Mac. They have synchronization that is designed to share all your photos with all your devices and iCloud. If you use OS X 10.10.3 or later you can turn on iCloud library opening the Photos app, then go to preferences. Which would synchronize all your photos with iCloud and with other devices, have you already sync to iCloud.

  • Why can not download pictures on Photoshop Mix from my photo library (iPhone 6s), even if I have authorized by the app?

Why can not download pictures on Photoshop Mix from my photo library (iPhone 6s), even if I have authorized by the app?

    Hi burgosfx!

In my view, the issue here is possible that your images are saved in the cloud (iCloud or another Cloud Computing service) and Mix has a hard time to capture these images. Please make sure that your images are saved locally on your device. Let me know if that helps!

iPads that will stay on iOS 9.3.5 will still run and be fine and app developers will publish app updates should still be compatible with iOS 9 for, probably, a year, or almost.

Maybe a little of everything and more.

Even in this case, regardless of apps that is updated will still continue to work.
