  Hello!  YES, you can change the order.

  Just under "Documents library" it says includes:? locations.

  Click sites.

  Right-click on the item you want to move to the top and you will find an option titled 'go back! '

• Photos library 20 more GB on HD on iCloud

  Between yesterday and today my library of pictures swelled to 20 GB more bigger than my photos library occupies on iCloud.

  The ONLY change my photo library in the last month is a single photo, that I took this morning.

  Yesterday afternoon I had about 50 GB of free space on my system (I'm 100% sure of this).

  When I wake my computer this morning, I had < 5 GB remaining and a photo alert recommending that I turn on optimization of the library.

  When I went to check the size of my photo library folder, it was close to 80 GB.  I then went to my preference of the iCloud system to check, it indicates the size of my library of Photos to iCloud is 35 GB.

  When running the Photos to try to see if somehow a ton of pictures appeared magically in the library of the size of the library immediately dropped to 55GO.

  I just finished an attempt to repair to the library, the end result, is that my library is 56 GB.

  If I go into the preferences it indicates my library is synchronized with iCloud.  As stated above the only change to my account in the last 30 days was a photo I took of a document of this morning.  There is nothing particularly special about this picture, I checked that it is 2.1 MB in size.

  Someone has an idea from these ghost data and how to remove it?

  I have no idea about the rest of the stuff, you say, but it is quite normal for the library on your Mac is greater than that in the cloud, mine is bigger and a little more than 20 GB.

  There is really no way except iCloud photo library

  Photos is not a multi user program and does not work with a library network - it must have the library on a locally connected drive

  There are other photo managers that allow network libraries and are set up for multiple users - Apple is no not one

  I have Apple devices for a few years now, but I still find it difficult to understand the system. I want to put an end to that, so I finally registered.

  I try to look at the tutorials and read the forums, but I can't find concrete answers to my situation.

  First of all, in my application of Photos of my MacBook, I remove hundreds of photos and videos, then I go to recently deleted screen and I delete them all permanently.

  However my disk space is the same before under 'Storage' summary when I check "to about this Mac". I restarted the Mac and waited for days, the space does not release upward.

  Then I read in a forum and found the following answer:

  Your photos has not deleted because they still exist in iPhoto or Aperture, whatever you use. Photos saves disk space by creating links to the already existing files in iPhoto/Aperture, rather than duplicate. This means that if you want to delete a file, you must make sure that it has deleted all.

  If you can live without ever using iPhoto/Aperture once again, go to your Pictures folder and delete iPhoto Library and Aperture Library . In this way, the only copies of your photos will be those photos, and removing free space on your computer.

  The images folder must be manually added to the sidebar.

  Open the Finder preferences:

  • Click anywhere on the empty office to bring the Finder to the front, then go to the Finder menu in the main menu bar, open "Preferences".
    Click the tab of the sidebar and add all the items to the sidebar, you want to see.

  

  Now, open the images in the sidebar folder in the Finder.  Is your photo library in iPhoto there?

  Then drag it to an external drive to make a backup copy, then delete it and empty the trash.  Accidentally delete the photo library.

  No, the photos in your library of Photos and the iPhoto library are separate files.  It was created by hard links.

  Hard links are new files, which use the same entry in the table. They store the contents in blocks of same on the disks, so the entries are not duplicated, but if you remove one of the linked files, the others will remain. The storage will be released, when the last linked file has been deleted.

• Old photos have not been deleted, even if it's been more than 2 months and keep crashing the photo library in icloud.

  Earlier this year, I used the library to icloud to back up my photos. Everything worked well. After awhile, I deleted the photos and off synchronization from photo library. Today, I decided that I wanted to use again, so I turned it on. It seems to work fine but when I connect to my PC I have the chance to see the old photos have not been removed. They seem to be corrupt (there is an exclamation mark instead of a thumbnail) and I can not open them, instead the library hangs. It has been more than 2 months, I suppose that even if I forgot to delete some photos, they should be gone now. Is there a way to fix this?

  Optimization is dynamic. Photos will remove the originals over time, when more storage is needed. But as long as all the pictures to adapt, this does not alter the existing originals. It may take a few weeks up to what your library will get thinner.

  If you are wanting to free storage, and you are sure that all your photos are now in iCloud, you can make a backup copy of your photo library, and then delete it. Now wait for the optimized versions download icloud.  This method has a raffle draw-back: books of projects like one also faces albums are not synchronized to iCloud.   You need to set up the sharing of the family: family shares - Apple Support. You can then each have exhib photo albums and also have a shared family album.

  I got messages telling me that I need to sort storage that my data may not be stored in icloud more so in a panic, I logged on to see how far behind my pictures of my little boy had been saved, worried that I may have lost a coupe of weeks worth. When I logged in it said the library was empty! I was at apple who said that I am connected and there are pictures in my stream. So how is there is none in my library. That's all the photos of my 6 month old son spent! I'm in bits. Not slept as spent all night research internet resources to recover. I'm not back in itunes that I assumed that the cloud was working as I was getting messages about it being comprehensive. I know I should have checked.

  The phone, which is damaged by water is being repaired (chemical bath) try to clean and put to work again so I can get some pictures.

  I suggest you to follow these steps and check if that helps:

  a. right click on the Windows Explorer icon

  b. in the menu that appears, click Properties.

  c. in the target box, add the command line switch ' / root ' to the "% SystemRoot%\Explorer.exe" command, using the startup location that you want.

  d. for example, if you want Explorer of Windows to start at the root of drive C, edit the command as follows:
  % SystemRoot%\explorer.exe/root, C:\

  This is something that is available on the Web site. I was in need to find the forgotten in the drive weblogic.xml file. In any case, I managed to create a new file weblogic.xml and solve this problem. But my current problem is now I am able to access the files on the way.
