Photos.app does not open

Hi all,

everytime I open the Photos app I get this error:

com Apple.XPC.launchd [1]: (com.apple.xpc.launchd.domain.pid.Photos.57473) not allowed in the target domain path: type = pid, path = /Library/Frameworks/iTunesLibrary.framework/Versions/A/XPCServices/com.apple.iT unesLibraryService.xpc = 147 error: the specified service not delivered in beam of the applicant, origin = /Applications/Photos.app

Also, I tried to run it by holding down cmd + option, but I still save him trouble.

What can I do else?

The system he runs el Capitan on this latest version 10.11.2 (15 c 50)

It looks like a problem of installation of a system that is inconsistent or incomplete. Did begin to directly after the update to OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)? Then reinstall iPhoto, but it is only possible to reinstall the system.  Make a current backup. Start the recovery Partition and reinstall everything just on top of your current system.  See this link on how to boot into recovery: OS X: on OS X Recovery
