Photos have ugly borders in the pages of book cover!
How can you fix that? You can remove the borders completely? If this is not the case, why they are like that?
Unfortunately, it is "wired" in the template that you use.
Your option is to choose an alternative coverage model and change "padding" to change the size of the image.

HP Photosmart C7280: photos C7280 print sideways on the page
When I print pictures from the iMac, they appear sideways on the page (oriented at 90 degrees on the short side of a 4 x 6 rather than the longest side). I deleted and reinstalled the printer software. "Flip horizontal" does not help. Has started after the update to OS X 10.10 Yosemite (if that's the reason).

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!
I see that you have some problems with the orientation when printing from your Mac OS x 10.10 for the all-in-one Photosmart C7280 printer machine. I can help you with that.
Here is how we will correct this:
- Close all other programs that you have open.
- If the USB cable is connected to the Mac, delete it.
- Click on your Apple icon, system preferences and printers and Scanners.
- Hold down the CTRL key and click on the image to your printer on the left side.
- Click on reset printing system.
- Open Applications, utility and disk utility.
- Click "Macintosh HD" on the left.
- Click on verify disk permissions. This should take about 10 minutes.
- Click on repair disk permissions. This should take about 10 minutes.
- Restart your Mac.
Now, if you have disconnected the USB cable, plug it. Otherwise:
- Click the icon of your Apple preferences system, printers and Scanners.
- Click on the button "+" at the bottom left.
- Select your printer from the list.
- Click the check box next to and select your printer.
- Click on Add.
At this point, you should be able to change the orientation of the print window. When you open the window, you should see two icons that resemble sheets of paper. By clicking on them should change the orientation. If not, please try to open your photo printing to a different program and see if the icons.

After you have installed the latest version of the software update apple has changed the way you scroll through the pages. I would like to consider to have a box at the top and bottom of the screen that you use for scrolling. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
On Mac, scroll bars may be hidden and are showing them when you scroll down the page, so you can see the current scroll position.
The idea is that a Tablet is used that does not need to be visible and therefore more screen real estate for the navigation area, scroll bars.
You can make scroll bars always appear:
System Preferences > General > Show Scroll Bar > Choose "Always"

I love being able to have two tabs of the same open page so I can go from an email that I answer that I'm composing. The new update don't let me do! It keeps their merger in one tab! Help!

We want to add a dropdown "Select job number" to each page. The drop-down list is based on a database query.
All the work is done, but I have a problem.
We are creating a SELECTLIST element on each page!
We use a < div > shared region in the Page template.
We use a javascript in the Page template code.
We use a common OracleSQLPackage for the entire treatment.
We use a shared item in demand for the job number.
But on each page, we have controls on the page P185_SELECTLIST, P186_SELECTLIST, P187_SELECTLIST, P188_SELECTLIST, P189_SELECTLIST... and the problem will only get worse.
How do we code the drop-down list in the page template?
Is it by creating the shared list?

You do not have. Add a global page to the application and create the item selection list it. Dynamic measurements can also appear on the overall page to implement the behaviors associated with the element. Conditions can be used to control the pages of the element and the DAs are displayed on.

PIN Nav at the top AND have it pin beside the page
Hi I was wondering if anyone has figured out how... I'm at whits end, try to understand this lol...
I have a header bar at the top of my page (on a master page) that has my logo on the left and nav on the right side. I want to stay here when scrolling to the bottom of the page and the page width gets smaller it slide in until it hits my stop and point changes to my layout of the menu mobile. With "Pin to Browser" I can get it to stick on the top when scrolling and with "PIN on the Page" I can get the sliding I want. My problem is that I can't get either to work, not both at the same time. Someone at - it a little chance to do what I'm trying to accomplish? I hope I'm just staring at the screen too long and with a view on something simple. Thanks in advance for the help!
Hey I found how to solve the problem:
On your master page, create a button on the State (in widgets)
Set "Stretch to the width of the browser."
Do drag your menu in the status button and position.
Click on the button state encompassing and click on PIN at the top.
* If you have a logo or other items they need to be in a separate State button.
I hope this helps you and anyone else having this problem, I was about to pull out my hair!

Did you use the functionality of Windows or all third-party software to import files previously?
Sorry to hear that.
When you import files, the same files will not be imported if the file names are the same. If you used a third-party software to import files previously, then the name of the file may be different.
You can sort files by date and then try to remove the recently added files however, you should recognize the duplicate files.

Photos have all keywords, but the list of keywords don't show them any

After moving to a MBP to an iMac and migration all (Lightroom and Photoshop CC), I have this problem very very strange.
If I click on an image, going to all of the assigned display keywords in the keywording pane little. However when I go to my list of keywords pane I can't find anywhere in the hierarchy. When I put the same word in the search field, it will then find it without problem and even show in the right place in the hierarchy. What is more strange is that the arrows are now all the dotted lines.
For example. If I'm looking for "Eastbourne in the search field, it will show me where it's...» (Country - Britain - Eastbourne). When I look in the list of key words if he stops in Britain and display an arrow dotted with only two other entries.
Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

These screenshots show you have two keywords of level higher, 'Place' and "countries and regions". Under these top-level keywords are location > Europe > great Brittain [sic] > Eastbourne and the countries and regions > Great Britain. Somehow, you inadvertently created two hierarchies under different.

How exactly did you do this migration? Have you copied the files and the catalog .lrcat file photos? Or did you just copy the photo files, install Lightroom and reimport all photos on the empty catalog, Lightroom has created for you?

I've had the label of photos in iPhoto, but these were not imported when I installed pictures. How can I get these labels in Photos?

However, there is no field in iPhoto pictures or named 'Label' - what are you exactly talking (there are descriptions, keywords, filenames, titles, places, faces, etc. - but not of "labels")
and there is no import in question - you are migrating towards Photos iPhoto libraries - do not import anything

Select one of the models who show "a lot of text. What you see as 'a large number of text' in the preview of the model is just an indication that you can add text.
Type your title in the text box, and then type that information in the text box on the spine. For the spine, it helps if you get the display by pressing Ctrl / Cmd + U.
