  Free trials of Adobe are for 30 days by app and it's clean and not mail electronic id specific, which means that if anyone with any email used Photoshop test on your machine, then it won't work not it will show you that the trial is expired.

• Photoshop CC 2015.5 has stopped working error

  When I try from PS I get the message "Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5 has stopped working" no other information or number error message is presented.

  Yesterday, I upgraded to Windows Pro 10 for updates later, all the CC app to the latest version and update of Norton anti-virus and PS has worked all day.

  Today (24/09/16) I had to update Norton AntiVirus with an update that requires a restart.  I don't know if it's related to Norton (I don't) and I now GET the message that it has stopped working.

  I took the measures following, based on suggestions from the forum

  -re-installed PS

  -disabled graphics card

  -run cccleaner.exe

  s ' install sniffer.exe desktop

  -rebooted PC many times.

  -ran creative cloud as an administrator

  -Rename the file librarylookup

  -tried to start in safe mode with network

  -connected with the new user account

  Any of these would start the PS eventually.  Any suggestions?

  Have you tried to screw up the Photoshop preferences.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

• Photoshop CC 2015 files on 10.10.5 requisition

  The recent update to Photoshop live my database of launch services, as well as PDF & files Photoshop files (.) PSD) is ONLY open in Photoshop. They are more present Quicklook previews, contained icons or open in preview or other applications used to open (to view a PDF file, I now open in Safari).

  I managed to fix it once by resetting the database using commands from the terminal.

  A few days later using Photoshop, in my view, that it has been reset back to appease the gods of Adobe. I have try the terminal command and reboot (I have never had to restart my machine so since I upgraded to Yosemite), but this time it did not help.

  Anyone got advice or suggestions, is there a way I can prevent Photoshop take the top of my machine?

  I have found out what was the cause and I have now corrected, while files were being associated with Adobe Photoshop (which made me believe that it was their fault), it turns out that it was actually my fault.

  Hello, it seems to me that I suddenly have a problem installing Adobe CC programs on my computer windows 10 laptop. At first, I thought it was just Photoshop, but before posting what I thought I should try to uninstall the programs, I had previously (Premiere pro) and Illustrator and try to reinstall. I then discovered that they now throw the same code output and error (see below). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe CC, registry cleaning, disk, Defrag, disk cleanup, reboot PC and changed the permissions for the files in question. I've searched and searched, and although there are some post on this error code they all seem a bit different than mine or remained unanswered.

  Looks like you have another application running while Photoshop is trying to install, and Setup cannot modify or update the file because it is used by another program.

  You have a zombie program (one that will not be out correctly) and have to kill it from Task Manager.

  2. Select the Security tab of the Properties dialog box.

  4. Click Add
  5. Type everyone and then click on check names
  6. Click OK
  7. Now select users "Group or user names" box one by one and check the full control box.
  8. Click on apply and Ok.

  You can also check the files and folder permissions

  It is the work around that.

  You must install PS CC 2014 which is compatible for the use of the extensions Manager.

  Steps to follow:

  Open the creative application of cloud

  Go to the Apps Section

  Look for the previous Version, and since this is where you install the PS CC 2014

  Load your extensions in PS CC 2014, when its loading, close the PS CC 2014 and 2015 CC PS.

  You should see the custom PS CC 2015 extensions.

  Please, go to Preferences (Ctrl/Cmd-K) and edit Photoshop CC 2015 file associations in the tab "file type Associations. Because you deleted the app folder rather than uninstall it, bridge is still watching for Photoshop CC 2014.

  Not, this work. So I tried to remove Photoshop and install it again. And it works. Now it can open all files :-)

  So if anyone has the same problem, it is advisable to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop.
