  If you subscribe to subscription Creative Cloud, then open the application of creative Office Cloud > go to the Apps section > search for Photoshop, if its installed, then you can open it from there and if it's not, then just install it.

  Otherwise, you can also check under application for application to install everything.

  Please follow the steps to install the previous version of Photoshop.

  Check the installation of the previous Version topic: download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps

  The most recent version of Photoshop, it's PS CC 2015 has also filter the oil paint.

  May I know if you use mac or a window.

  If you are using windows, please check the color profile assigned to the monitor, it could be because of the corrupt color profile.

  • Right-click anywhere on the desktop, and then choose the screen resolution
  • In the resolution of the screen the dialog box click the parameters in advance
  • The graphics card settings box will be the opening upwards
  • Go in the color management tab and click on color management

  

  • Click Add at the bottom, if this button is not highlighted check the option 'use my settings for this device'

  

  • In the next screen, provide you a list of the color profile. Scroll down and choose "sRGB IEC61966 - 2.1"

  

  • Click ok in each window.

  Restart Photoshop, and then try again.

  Yes, the upgrade is free. means that it is included in the subscription.

  Looks like you're looking in the wrong place. Two buttons to the top of that is the tool brush or B on your keyboard.

• My Photoshop CC disappeared.

  When I made a download of some other CC apps, Photoshop has disappeared.  Cloud it's always on my Mac, but it isn't in my Applications folder.  There is also a? mark on the logo of the PSCC on my dock.  Since cloud still think that I have, he said: "its up to date.  Now, I can not download it again.

  Thank you Trevor.  I was able to contact a technician CC via a chat session.  After hunting and pecking for the program it made me find uninstall it to PS CC, applications > Adobe > utilities > Adobe installers > uninstall Adobe Photoshop CC.  It was the only place where Photoshop CC was found on my entire system.  He did not appear in my search results.

  In any case, I was able to uninstall even if it does not appear in my applications folder.  I then closed off cloud creative and reopened it where it allowed me to download again.  Everything is good.  I guess it was just a case of gremlins :)

• Photoshop has disappeared from my system.

  Recently, I signed the creative cloud and downloaded the new applications and updates cs6. Now, I suddenly find that Photoshop has disappeared from my system.  It appears in not known to the list of available applications. Normally, I would like to remove the application and reinstall a new version, but there is no visible list to uninstall. I also tried the cleaning without success program. Ironically, Manager of Application seems to be the only application that can find Photoshop on my system. He reported that everything is up to date and therefore does not have a new download. The system is a late model imac OSX 10.8.3 running.

  Good question. If the cleaning tool does not fix it, you can manually delete the caps.db in the folder selections:

• 2015.5 CC Photoshop text disappears

  I'm having a problem with the update recently installed

  When I type in my text using the text tool, the text shows. As soon as I return to the tool move the text disappears.

  If I go back to the text tool it and highlight it will appear again, but only when you use the text tool.

  It is a purchased font I used in earlier versions of Photoshop with number.

  What is going on?

  Try to uncheck 'fake fat' If checked on "character Panel..." For me, this option makes a few bugs on my work...

  I am using Windows 7 and have subscribed to photoshop cc for over a year.

  I regularly open files as jpg files using one click right button in windows Explorer and choosing open with > photoshop,.
  However, after the latest upgrade CC, this option has disappeared (see attached image).

  Vanessac1111111111 are you able to reopen Photoshop using the steps listed in Creative Cloud help | Launch creative apps Cloud?  If this isn't the case, then I recommend using the steps listed in CC Office lists the applications as "up to date" when the no installation not to reinstall Photoshop.

  Closing or opening Photoshop Lightroom will not affect your photos.  They are still saved on your hard drive without worrying if Photoshop Lightroom is installed or not.

  Please activate all the Startup Script in Bridge preferences.

  Click on change< preferences="" (windows)="" click="" on=""><>

  Click Startup Scripts

  Click on enable all the

  Click OK

  Restart the bridge, and then check.

  

  If you do not see this option. Please reinstall Photoshop on your system.
