  Several users have some severe in Photoshop CS6 screen flicker when you use type tools more large brush (cloning, Eraser, brush, healing spot, burning and dodging).  As many on this thread know it's ugly and unusable! The glitter is widescreen black boxes, sometimes the entire screen goes black.  It only seems to happen when we put the cursor on the image to change.

• Photoshop CS6 32 Bit HDR hangs on the question of MAC

  Photoshop crashes every time that I convert a 32-bit image to 8-bit. I use Photoshop CS6 v13.0.4 x 64 on MAC OS X 10.6.8.  I goto Image > Mode > 8bits/channel.

• Photoshop CS6 v 13.1.2 update failed with error U44M1P7

  I have a cloud creative update notice for Photoshop CS6 on my Mac. My copy of CS6 version is 13.0.6. When I click on "Update" I get error failure of U44M1P7 to update once the process is complete to 100%. I tried to change the name of the 1.0 folder in AAMUpdater; It does not work. I tried to find the update for the new version (13.1.2) on the Adobe Update site and it seems nowhere to be found. Please, Adobe, tell us how to make this update!

  If you are a member of creative cloud trying to update the version of CS6 Cloud:

  Looks like you tried Solution 1 here Installation failed. Error U44M1P7 | Updates, but without success. Have you tried the Solutions 2 and 3?, for Solution 2, apply to the update via a direct download: updates all Adobe CC 2015: the direct download links for Mac OS | ProDesignTools. Read the instructions on the ProDesign page before clicking on the links.

  If this does not work, you may uninstall and reinstall Photoshop by Solution 3 in document U44M1P7.

  I have ps 10 elements.  Try t upgrade to 13 and retrieves items 13 Prime Minister.  Downloaded the two files for each application.  The Prime Minister downloaded and installed without problems.

• Save for Web doesn't work in Photoshop CS6

  Hi, I just upgraded to Photoshop CS6 and makes the update of v13.04.  Receive a message with save them for Web: "the operation could not be completed. An error has occurred writing permissions. "There is a bug fix for v12 for exactly that, but CS5.5 (not sure what version of 12 it was) worked fine on this machine.  On a 17-inch Macbook running OSX 10.7.5 8gig Ram and and 2.5 Ghz I7.   Thank you!

  This problem is solved.  The solution is complex, and since several other threads having to do with this seemed not resolved, I'll give you some details.  I got an Adobe Customer Service exceptionally positive experience when I called support and has worked with a great Adobe tech support specialist, who was certain that it was a permissions problem.  Unlike all other permissions I've seen discussed, she changed several permissions, including the effective permissions for user/Library/Preferences.  in other words, all of the Preferences folder in the library of the user, not only the components of Adobe.  How it would have been changed and apparently changed just for the download of the CS6 update, I can't guess, if in fact it was.

  Technical Support Analyst (screen sharing) Adobe resets several other permissions read and write, but it was very mysterious for others to be aware of.  In the Get Info / component permissions, initially the real user account (there is only one on this machine) and the admin were not visible.  She added the button "+" in this pane.  Once visible, they could not be changed, a mystery that is still not resolved.  She said (quite rightly) that this problem was not something related to Adobe software, but to this machine, and that Apple should be able to help.  The final mystery is that when I phoned to that apple a few hours later, the two permissions (user account and system) can now be changed.

  Once the permission for the user/Library/Preferences folder has been set to read and write for the user account that I was using, the problem has been completely resolved.  I can't be sure that he was not also partially solved by some of the other permissions that the Tech support specialist had changed for me.

• Intel Graphics Driver crashes when you start Photoshop CS6 on Vaio SVF15319SNB

  I bought a Sony Vaio SVF15319SNB and it asked me to upgrade to 8.1 Windows for free.

  After this update, I've updated all the drivers required Sony Vaio update and after you have installed Adobe Creative Suite 6 to use this product.

  Unfortunately, this is where the problem started. Not only runs Photoshop CS6 extremely slow and lag on my machine (which has a decent configuration and 4 GB of ram to work properly), but almost every time I boot up Photoshop, my driver intel graphics crashes and I get a message saying "Intel Graphics Driver for Windows 8 (R) stopped working and have been recovered" or something like that. This post, my Photoshop has erradicaly. When I do get this message, Photoshop works very well except be lag, so I guess that which directly has something to do with the compatibility of the Intel with Photoshop graphics driver.

  I tried the Intel graphics driver update but discovered that even if an update is available on the Intel website, Sony has still not launched a support for Vaio version.

  When I was going through the Event Viewer logs, I found that there are two or three events (warnings) that are generated by the system which seems scary as ideally a new machine should not generate too many warnings.

  Any help on this would be appreciated.

  When playing online, I found that it is a typical problem with Photoshop CS6 in machines having 2 graphics cards (1 built-in to the motherboard, 1 adapter dedicated graphics - nvidia in my case). The default configuration for machines with double adapter is to automatically select the best card for an application.

  When Photoshop CS6 is trying to load, it tries to select the graphics card tailored to this effect by running sniffer_gpu.exe. It is this module crahses and in turn is also crushing Intel graphics driver. Due to this accident, Photoshop freezes when opening any file (regardless of the size of the file or its format).

  Solution that has been open you view the settings of the adapter and the whole Photoshop CS6 and sniffer_gpu.exe for photoshop to use a graphic adapter special at all times - I have updated my nvidia card. That isn't it - crahses more or freezes and all is well!

  I hope this helps other troubled users also!

  I recently bought the Pixma Pro-100 and installed the supplied software. Everything seems to go well except that Print Studio Pro is not displayed in my Photoshop CS6. It works fine in Lightroom. In PS, it should be under file/controller, correct? (He is not here)

  If I go to start programs/Canon Utilities/Print Studio Pro/Print Studio Pro plugin install, it tells that I found Adobe Lightroom, but no mention of Adobe Photoshop. Is there another way to install this plug-in for Photoshop?

  Lost about two hours trying to figure how to print 13 X 19 from Photoshop CS6. After noticing that the option A3 + not appearing is not on cheking the prinnt options, I've read that I should use the Print Studio Pro plugin. When I try to use the plugin pro printing studio I get this error:

  "a printer supported by this software is not found. Connect the printer supported by this software, and then install its driver. Pro printing Studio output. »

  Ridicule of Wat is I use the printer and it works for all kinds of impressions, so it IS installed. What am I supposed to do? I have a huge batch of paper 13 X 19 Canon semi-Gloss Photo that I can't use.

  Two suggestions:

  Download and install the latest version of Print Studio Pro.

  If you use the WiFi printer make sure that you have added the IJ network printer and not the printer Hello.

• Printing from Photoshop CS6 on 5520 and B110 - something wrong

  There is something wrong with the way that my printer HP - 5520 and B110 - print from Photoshop CS6.

  It's like he's still the impression of 'high quality' rather than 'rough', with several passages for each line.  It's the same on the 5520 and B110.

  I use the Mavericks with the 4.2.4 drivers.

  I know it's HP and Photoshop as if I take the same file and print from Illustrator CS6 it works OK and prints quickly.  Also, if I print the same Photoshop file on my Epson printer, it prints as quickly.

• Cannot open AVI files in Photoshop CS6

  spin PS6 and want to open and edit AVI files. When I try to do, I get an error message saying "cannot open the video file. This seems to apply to all THE opinions - and yet I can open and edit a MP4, etc. MMV I installed Gspot to follow if it was a codec problem and when I try to open ANY file I get this error message: "WARNING: DirectShow crashed as GSpot tried to get information about a codec."  This is usually due to drivers damaged codec, misconfigured, contradictory or poorly written.  It is possible, perhaps even probable, that other media players will be broken when they try to read this file, because most of them will also use DirectShow.  GSpot was able to intercept the accident and tried to identify the codec or filter in question; uninstalling or reinstalling this codec or filter may solve the problem.  The codec has been identified as: unknown video codec C:\Windows\system32\imaadp32.acm #11 "I have NO idea where from here." I see a site to download the codec "imaadp32.acm" but that all the ' Unknown video codec #11 ".» The devil is what and how I do on this. Any help would be appreciate, Cliff

  PS I have to add avi files DO open and play Bridge. I have the latest Quicktime. Everything is up-to-date and the PS and the computer otherwise works perfectly!
