  I tried all the possible suggestions on these discussions in the forum, I can not always install it. The product is authentic, I bought it in 2012 at a local apple store and ran it on my Macbook Pro for 4 years without problem. I spent countless hours trying to find a solution (8 hours straight a day) and I am finally at my wits end having tried everything!
