• Photoshop elements 13 - can't get a response code in the offline activation method

  I have problems with activation Photoshop elements 13. The program itself won't let me even in my adobe ID (seems like it can't connect to the internet, even if my internet connection works fine in the case;) I even tried to disable my firewall and my antivir program). Then, I tried the offline activation method but I can't get a response code; I'm in (and verified) both my serial number and my activation code, but the latter seems to be invalid (even though it worked very well when it is used to get the serial code). I have already consulted the troubleshooting page and looked in my host file and the certificate - nothing helped.

  I have to say that this process of installation of a program are not as painful and tedious as it should install photoshop elements. Any help for this to work? Operating system is Windows 7.

  If you receive error message like "try following steps:"

  Adobe end all processes from the Task Manager.

  N ° 1)

  Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

  Step 3:

  Go to C: Program (x 86) > Common Files > Adobe.

  Under Common Files > Adobe.

  If necessary remove Adobe Application Manager folder.

  Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

  Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.

  I'm trying to load 10 items on my new iMac. I have the SuperDrive which takes the disc, but then it ejects again, I was not able to install.

  This new iMac with Intel chips, and elements comes with 3 drives, one which is used for installation on a Mac.

  I lost my license key to my Photoshop Elements 8, the program was part of an agreement of packadge when I bought my Canon 9000 scanner - for which I stil have the receipt. I did register online as a user and have an Adobe account - unfortunately I can't see the program 'under products"in my profile. I still program insalled on a quickly dying old labtop - is possible to extrct the license key? Or any idea how I can get a new license key? Thank you

  I spent 3 days trying to get photoshop 11 to install on my new computer (using windows 8) mysteriously, my drive appears to be missing its configuration file which makes no sense at all. I need to have this place and running as soon as I use it for work but also for personal use. I am also concerned of having downloaded it several times now.   Yes, you must first uninstall the 32-bit version.

  You can do this by going to control panel in Windows.

  • Photoshop Elements 12 - can't get pass the Shared technology installation

    I spent hours trying to install Photoshop elements 12 on my 64-bit Windows 8.1 computer. Happily chugs installation process along and then choke an unspecified error while installing the shared technologies and then cancel the installation.

    Setup leaves a load of files in the directory of 12 elements Photoshopped; the installation program fails uninstall throw up an error on an empty path that requires editing the registry to move.

    I tried a variety of "bugs" (it sounds like a common problem) remove the OOBE, installation to hard disk directory, turning of the auditor of virus/firewall, installation of command-line and even download the whole package from Adobe site (I bought it on CD) and all have failed and installation 'shared technologies' seems to be the problem.

    I'm a same experience computer user but I've almost reached the point of all packing up and sending back; I'm not very confident about the quality of the software, when I can't even past the installation program.

    Is it possible to install Photoshop elements on a windows 8.1 12 or maybe a way to download and install the shared separately technologies?

  • Impossible to reinstall my photoshop elements 9 disc

    I recently had to uninstall and reinstall photoshop elements 9 on my computer.  Now the CD will not reinstall.  There is nothing of visually with the CD, but it freezes and refuses to continue the Treaty once reached installation "copy files".  It is not my drive either since I used it to install other programs over this problem.

    I was hoping to download this version online, and then go in my product key, but only 10 items is now available.  I tried the new version and can't see the reasoning to spend money on the upgrade from sound very similar to version 9.

    Why won't my store bought items will be installed?

    1. Create a new folder on your desktop.
    2. Copy the contents of the disk to this folder.
    3. In this folder, double-click Setup.exe.
