  But also, what version of windows you are running W7 32-bit or 64-bit? Maybe it's that it is possible to run 32-bit and that you have 64-bit (guess).

PSE think of having to start the old containded plugin Flash Player in EPAS. This would explain why the PES works well and "guided" PSE mode works if create a new startup account!

  Note! Disk utility does not, correct permission ACL in house by default,! Adobe, then, rather than suggest to create new accounts... must fix PES by deleting any reference to the old Player Flash plugin. otherwise, there is always the risk that Mac OS X prevents proper operation.

  I tried to rename or remove this plug-in and PSE11 still works well, but for the pedantry, I preferred this solution:

  -J' installed the latest version of Flash Player from the Adobe site.

  -J' opened the package to "/ Library / Internet Plug-Ins/Flash of----------------Player.plugin/Contents/PlugIns/FlashPlayer-10.6.plugin/Contents / '.

  OK, in some way I came across this solution... it's dark.  I was clicking on one of the files exe failed due to a missing in the PSE file MSVCP110.dll file.  I downloaded Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 update 4 and selected 'fix' for this program.  Voila - it works now.

  Are you talking about 5.5 PS reported 16 years ago? I think I heard someone say that they got that work, it is that such an old program that it is not intended to be run on modern OSS.   Make sure that Photoshop is closed.

  1 - go to this place C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe 2015\AutoRecover CC in Photoshop

  You will be able to see all the. PSD file that opens automatically when Photoshop is open, delete or move all the files in this folder.

  2 - restart Photoshop and go to edit > preferences > performance UN check the gpu processor use and restart Photoshop.

  It's the same thing in my copy of Photoshop cc Mac and Win. For some reason strange SHIFT + F1 and SHIFT + F2 no longer works.

  Photoshop CC user guide provides shortcuts shift + 1 and shift + 2, but doesn't work on my Mac and PC versions.

  Until this is settled, preferences > Interface is the only way to change the interface.

  If there are members of the Adobe staff present, some details on the State of the Interface hotkeys would be a great help.
