  I try to install Photoshop Elements on a new desktop computer with an operating system of Windows 8.1.  Previously, I bought Photoshop Elements 9 and later put on level to Photoshop Elements 10.

  When I try to install from this download page products download Photoshop Elements: 9, 8, 7 and introduce my serial number, I said that the serial number is not valid.  Of course, I checked the numbers, but it is the same as that indicated on my order history.  Then I tried to download it directly from my command history page and a 413 error code appears.

  Simply download the installer of PES 10.

  at the beginning of the installation, you will be asked PES 10 serial number.  When the installation program detects no PES 9 installed, you will be asked the pse serial number 9.

  Enter the correct number at the right time.

  Photoshop Elements 5 is a very very old and not supported on the latest operating system like Windows 8.1 or Mac 10.9.2

  I just Photoshop Elements 9 on a disc.  I tried to install it twice and it is about 70% and then just hangs up.  I can't uninstall it because it never ends install so I have to manually delete all the files which have managed to load. I restarted my computer and turned off my AntiVirus program and tried again but it still hangs before finishing the installation.  Never had problems to install other programs.   Please copy all the files from the disk to your computer and then eject it. Try running the setup of the desktop with admin rights and see if that installs.

  It is possibly due to a competing service, but that comes later, make sure you have full administrator rights or even activate the hidden admin then copy and run the installation.
