  I bought Photoshop elements for Windows/Mac 11. (I have a Mac) Then I downloaded the file and opened it to tell me that Mac cannot open a windows file.  I went back in and looked at the downloaded files and there were two files with different extensions.

  I brought the photoshop element 13 for windows by chance that I wanted it for a MAC, Adobe who have sorted out and gave me a new set of code for the MAC, but I do not see where or how do I install code etc. as none of the links in the old emails and not the most recent links of them confirming the change of Portal work, and if I go on my account to do my downloads there is only the one for Mac WINDOWS not...  Help...
