  You'd be better off contacting Eastman Kodak and Enfocus, developers of Prinergy and Pitstop respectively for a version compatible with Acrobat DC of their products.

  In the case of MacOS, Acrobat is now a 64-bit application and existing plug-ins for Acrobat 11 (a 32-bit application) by definition are no longer compatible. For Windows, for the moment, Acrobat is still a 32-bit application; but you should always check with the suppliers for their take on the compatibility.

  I see that the oil painting is back on the menu cc2015, but mine is grayed out and will not open... Clues? I need to unlock it in some fashon?

• PDF files not opening not in IE11, tried using Adobe Acrobat and also DC. PDF, downloads and opens outside IE11

  Is anyone able to help!

  We have recently improved our system of IE11 company and we have a lot of problems regarding the opening of PDF files now. We use desktop computers Windows 7 64 bit and I tested on Windows 8.1 and it works fine.

  Let's go to the below URL and does preview now work (this link is in the public domain), there is a black box and the white cross where it overview PDF should be.

  Also when you click on "Download" on the same page, sometimes, a download box will appear in IE to the button saying he doesn't have to download and press 'Retry' when you press retry it downloads and the PDF opens outside the IE. This is despite the add-on Adobe reader set 'enabled '... Sometimes it will open the PDF file outside immediately. However, we really need open the PDF file to open it in Internet Explorer, so we can enter the URL. Oddly enough if you disabled and enable the Adobe PDF Reader add-on it will open in the Internet Explorer browser until you close the window of IE (However the preview still doesn't!)

  I tried to install Adobe reader DC and it worked on my machine, but then when I unrolled to others it did not work! The preview works for me and also a PDF file opens in the browser always (even after a reboot). However, when I installed this for others it was the same result do not load the preview and the opening outside the IE. The strange turn had similar results as before. I connect to PCs others and it works very well but their profile it doesn't. I have reset their server profiles, but it's still a question! As I log in machines of others and it works there seem not to be a PC problem?

  I have searched extensively on the internet and tried all kinds of clearing cache, reset Internet Explorer settings, tabprocgrowth reg, repaired the software adobe reader and adobe reader DC, closed in protection in reader mode, compatibility mode

  I am really at my wits end... someone can help please!

  

  It looks like this case has finally be resolved - we have installed an Adobe security update and it seems to have fixed all of the issues around this now.
