  This may be a problem with ports,

  Please click on start and then click on devices and printers and then right-click on the Photosmart 3210 printer and click printer properties. In the printer properties window, click the ports tab and check if the selected ports is with the IP address of the printer also check if it is the WSD port. If the selected port is not the one with the IP address of the printer, select one with the IP address of the printer and also make sure that it's not a WSD port and the TCP/IP port. If a selected port type is WSD, select Standard TCP/IP port with the IP address of the printer. If you can't find any port in the list with the IP address of the printer, and then click Add port and then select TCP/IP Standard and enter the IP address of the printer in the address field and add the port and then click on apply and then try to print.

  If the problem persists even after ensuring that the selected port is with the printer IP address o FLE, then try disabling the firewall installed on your computer (if any) software and then try to print.

  I can't seem to get a printer driver installed for my computer MacBook running os x 10.7 (Lion OSX). I tried the printer with the printer installation, I used the CD provided, and each time I was told that Apple was the file that I needed to install the printer driver. I went to Apple, downloaded the file that has all the drivers of HP printer (I made sure that my printer was registered for that file) and tried again to install the driver for my printer. It didn't work and I tried several times through all the methods I could think. I also tried to install it by using the Bluetooth connection and a USB cable. Still no connection. HP told me that Apple has the pilot and Apple tells me that HP has the file I need. How can I get my new printer to work? It's extremely frustrating!

  I understand that you are having problems during the installation of your printer to All - in - One HP Envy 4500 on your computer Mac OS X 10.7. I would like to help you to solve this problem today. Can I please you follow the steps below.

  Step 1: Resetting the printing system:

  To begin, I will have you reset the printing system on your Mac because it is important that we have a pleasure to work with for troubleshooting clean slate. Please click herefor instructions on how to perform the reset. When the site opens, follow the steps under"Reset printing in OS X Lion system." This Reset deletes each printer on your Mac. However, it does not uninstall printers. Therefore, if use you other printers on the Mac, once the reset is complete simply make sure printers are attached via a USB cable or connected network and (+) add hide them in. don't add not your HP Envy in back at the moment.

  Once the reset is complete, proceed to the next step.

  Step 2: Uninstall the drivers and software:

  Please click here to find out how to properly uninstall your printer. Once the site opens select the drop down menu 'Mac OS X v10.6, OS X v10.7, OS X v10.8 and OS X v10.9' and follow the steps to complete uninstallation.

  Once the uninstall is complete, please continue on.

  Step 3: Check and repair your Mac disk permissions:

  1. Open Macintosh HD and go to Applications
  2. Go to the Utilities folder
  3. Open disk utility
  4. Select the hard disk volume, you use (usually on the left)
  5. Select verify disk permissions
  6. Once this process is complete, select repair disk permissions

• HP Photomart D110 all-in-one cannot install drivers

  I can't get the disk to load the software on my laptop Toshiba P500 windows 7, brings it to the top of the screen that says to continue with the installation it is necessary to restart the computer to remove the files. The installation screen that gets only a distance on restart and then tells you to reboot to remove the files again. The installation will not past the scene of the computer control.   As I was scrolling through solutions for the other all-in-one on another thread I seem to have found the solution. I managed to install the drivers to do printing via a USB cable, but nothing else. After you remove the D110a of devices and printers, then click another device and select the print server properties. Select the driver tab and select the drivers D110a and select Remove. Click on remove drivers and driver package. Restart the computer after the driver and the package is deleted. Then load the software from the cd.

  I wish I could remember which thread was here, but everything worked fine after that.
