  Photos printed on our 7640 desire come out cloudy even if they were taken with a quality camera and displayed on the computer screen into bright colors.   I read about the problems of print quality, you're facing your craving and I wanted to burst to share my suggestions that should help you. See the link I posted for you below and try all the steps. If the quality does not improve, then dial the hotline to discuss replacement or the printer with them scoring. I'll leave the details below.

  Contact HP:
  Step 1. Open the link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
  Step 2. Enter the product number or select Auto detection
  Step 3. Scroll up to "still need help? Fill out the form to select your contact options.
  Step 4. Scroll down and click on: contact HP options - click Get phone number
  File number and phone number appear

• Photosmart more B210a no impression and the poor print quality options

  I have a Mac running osx10.9.4 and a connected wireless, B210a printer all-in-one. Everything works well until a recent update that removed all the printing options (color / gray scale / etc. of paper type and print quality)

  The last thing to print very well were some photos in July. Since then whenever I try to print, the black is so fake and colors too bright - almost as if she always strives to pring on photo paper. When we do a re alignment or own heads, prints in black as it should, but every other time, it is terrible.   Sorry to hear about the recent issues with the B210a Photosmart on Mac 10.9.4. The printer will copy without any quality problem?

  I would try the following on the Mac;

  1. Reset the printing on Mac system. (Mac OS x: how to reset the printing system)
  2. Repair disk permissions (ignore the statement about 10.7)
  3. Download and install this: v.2.16.1 for OS X HP printer drivers.
  4. Add the printer using print and scan from system preferences.

  I have a Photosmart Prem C310a connected wireless to an Apple Airport Extreme.  I am trying to print photos from Picasa.  In Picasa, I choose the C310 as printer and set it for 1200 dpi quality.  When I print images are pixelated and very bad quality.  I find anywhere where I can set or change the print quality, as you can do in Windows.  I know the printer is good because I perform the same operation with my Windows 7 laptop and photos very good print quality.  What is the problem with OS X Lion 10.7.1 and the C310?  It did not used to do this, but since the update to Lion quality is shit.  Help, please

  First of all, download and install this: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL907

  Now, when you start a print job (file > print) make sure that you click the "View details" button on the window that appears. Now, choose the lowest drop then "paper Type/quality.

  The color I see printed pictures is very bad - green, foreground color, looks like something from a horror movie.  Can I print my photos so I need to know how to fix this probem.  All the ink cartridges are at the right level.  This would be a print head problem?  Is there a way to clean the print head?

• 7520 HP Print any photo when you use eprint

  I just bought a HP Photosmart 7520 and I'm having problems with installing eprint.

  I have no problem printing text, but when I try to print a photo from my Dell Inspiron laptop or from my mobile Samsung Galazy S2 it shows only part of the picture, sometimes half the image sometimes only a few millimetres.

  How to solve this?

  I managed to solve this problem myself.

  Whole my mobile photo printing was obtained by downloading the HP eprint app for android, which is free.

  I have photos saved on my computer.  When I try to print one, the picture come out on printer paper, photo paper, I installed.  I lost so much ink to try to understand this point, and I'm sure it's probably a simple thing that I do not. Can anyone help?

  I checked to make sure that I was connected to the correct computer with HP advanced chosen paper and photo tray

  Click devices and printers.

  Right-click on the 7510 & select printer properties.

  Click device settings.

  Make sure that the Photo Tray is available.

  If you are having print quality problems, it could be caused by a number of things.  I suggest trying this document.

  I'm contiinually having to perform the function of print head cleaning before I can print with my Officejet 6600. Once the cleaning is finished, the print quality is fine. Before market more printing is smudged, blurred, or missing, and is often black only (i.e. without dye).

  The printer is around the age of 6 months and had this problem of 1 day (I know, I'm lazy). I seem to be consuming almost all of my ink just get clean print heads.

  According to the HP tool, the print heads are ok. The cartridges do not seem to be a vent in them, this correct?

  I would appreciate any suggestions, please?

  Very strange!

  I was about to call HP support Australian. I had to make some impression so used the 6600 and it now works perfectly. I used it several times last week and he has not missed a beat.

The page displays broadband in all colors, including black!

• PhotoSmart HP 7520: Envelope printing issues

  I currently have a HP PhotoSmart 7520, who did a great job on 'normal' printing (8 x 11), copies and scans.  However, about 50% of my impression is graphic on the envelopes of size 6 3/4.  It has streaks of black ink on the left side of the envelopes (I guess when the envelope is pulled into the printer.  The problem is that the envelope is pulled in and upwards and round rather than directly through.)  Have not been able to solve this problem, even after using all the tools of the printer.

  Before you go out and buy a replacement, anyone know if the following HP printers have the ability to print on envelopes of 6 3/4?

  -HP OfficeJet Pro 8100

  -HP OfficeJet 6978

  -HP OfficeJet 8710

  And, if so, the resolution quality printer at least equivalent to the 7520?

  I understand your confusion through the specs on the commercial site of HP. I see as the envelope of 6 3/4 is not mentioned, but please refer to the links I provided to you in the first answer - she clearly explains the type of document taken in charge and he mentions clearly that the envelope 6 3/4 is supported (6 3/4 envelope - 92 x 165 mm (3.62 x 6.5 inches)).
