  I'm stuck on a problem and I was wondering if someone could help.

  I made a page that displays four tiles in a row. Below each thumbnail is a part of form with a PayPal add to cart.

  It has been stated by using the CSS in Dreamweaver CS3. I also have MAMP installed with PHP5 and MySQL5.

  I would like to create a next page / previous page navigation, which is located under the thumbnails, but instead of linking to a new page, I would like

  the next set of four thumbnails to be called from a database and display where the previous thumbnails were and so on.

  Anyone has any ideas on how to achieve or evan if it will work?

  I read books, digital web, I think that recordsets is the way to go, but I don't know if I am barking the wrong tree.

  I'd appreciate any help with what I think my head is going to explode.

  You are on the right track! What you do are implemented a recordset of your thumbnails and then apply a repeat region server behavior. Set the repeat region to display only 4 items in time. Finally, you include the bar of Navigation recordset and Recordset Navigation mode.

  FWIW, I cover this procedure in the Dreamweaver CS4 Bible in chapter 21.

• Recordsets disappear menu when adding mysql_query (& quot; SET NAMES 'utf8' & quot ;); below the connection in php

  I hope someone can help with this. I am trying to create a dynamic site using dreamweaver CS3, with php5 and mysql5 in the background, but I have trouble with endangered recordsets in the server behavior menu when changed the code to allow game characters or define names for utf8.
  
  For awhile, I had a problem getting my main list dynamically generated pages (for example, lists jobs) to display international characters like an e accented french (and other languages) and that they display correctly when seen in phpmyadmin also. So, I placed headers at the top of the page for utf8 and created the metatag content to utf8 in the page code. Where which I added ENT_QUOTES utf etc. to htmlentities and added accept-charset utf-8 in the < form > action RADIUS.
  
  (one thing I did not in the range of form, is to add < enctype = "multipart/form-data" >, but I don't know if it will make a difference)
  
  In the backend, the innoDB database is collected and built using utf8_unicode_ci. I am on a shared host - so cannot directly access php.ini or adjust the settings to connect via phpmyadmin. But I can't write the files .htaccess (currently with the defaultcharset also the value utf8).
  
  At this point - all the pages of the list appear correct when characters extracted base - which indicates that the headers are working. But - in phpmyadmin, the letters are truncated and jumbled return on forms of update (content management). I solved this problem by adding the & #xxxx; equivalent to insert and forms of update to display the text correctly on list pages-, but again, it is not practical to see all this in phpmyadmin, how I'd love to be able to read it such that she should be freed of the need to add & #xxxx references on the forms of the insert and update.
  
  Then... a bit of research, and I read that in order for international characters is displayed correctly in phpmyadmin, I had to modify my page php code so that all instances where I see the connection to the database, before queries SELECT, INSERT and DELETE, I have to add is mysql_set_charset ('utf8', $connection) or use the three lines of code that references mysql_query SET NAMES The VALUE OF THE GAME CHARACTERS and COLLATION_CONNECTION SET to utf8.

Note that the detail pages display correctly when you click on the links of masters, and when I come back the details of the page back to the main list - the characters are ok. They do not seem to display when master page loading for the first time which is really perplexed me.
  
  I think I need to add the line below the $connection mysql_set_charset and before him selects, inserts etc. to all instances on the Web page, but this removes just the recordset in the menu, so appears not to be a good option.
  
  Can someone point me in the right direction as I was stuck on this for centuries. It can be something as simple as the addition of $ before the mysql_query, but there again perhaps not.

  The system PHP is version 5.5.31. You must have installed a newer version somewhere in your PATH. OS X Server will not use it.

  I don't know if I posted this in the right place or if I'm doing this right, but I'll give it a whirl :)

  We got a new Denon amp today, her husband wanted to whoever he could plug the laptop and listen to the large amount of music that has accumulated on the subject.
  Now the Denon's HDMI inputs and it supports also HD audio (unlike the Kenwood, they we sold yesterday said they made and after a very frustrating night of do not get it to work, short, it didn't!)

  Now we can connect the computer via HDMI to plasma Hitachi and get a very good picture and sound, plug it into the amp and we get picture but no sound, tried to do what the FAQ says to do and right click on the wallpaper, then customize, then sounds and set HDMI as dafult. Problem is when taking HDMI is connected, the HDMI option to set default disappears! As soon as you unplug the HDMI, it appears again.
