  I created a new version of vCenter Server 6.

  I have e vCenter Server 5.1 connect my 5.1 hosts.

  I want to connect hosts to the new vCenter and then upgrade to ESXi 6 guests.

  I disconnect hosts on the old vCenter.

  The I connect hosts to the new vCenter, and it happens with all the vm´s, etc..

  But it is disconnected.

  And it keeps beeing disconnected even when you try to connect again.

  If anyone has experienced this?

  Have you added these hosts in your new server vCenter along with their licenses?

  Otherwise, if please add host license in your vCenter license inventory and assign to those of your hosts and then try to re - connect.

• Questions VC... Add the host to the new CR?

  If I have problems with my VC server. It does not start for some reason, so I'm building a new. The question I have, is if my 6 ESXi hosts were connected to this VC how would I so that they know the new Victoria Cross? I know that the right way to add hosts to a new Victoria Cross would be to disconnect and then remove them from the existing VC. Any thoughts?

  If you cannot disconnect and remove the hosts of the other environment, simply ' add host' in the new.  You will receive a message saying something to the effect of «Eastern host is managed by a different vCenter...» Once you add the new host vCenter inventory, you'll be fine.

  I inherited a Frame 8 book with many files, is it possible to update all the files in frame 11 in just a few steps? Could this be in ExtendScript?

  2. button Shift and then select file > open all files in book

  3. treat warnings/errors that come up to the top (you can turn off reminders on the opening of an older version)

  4. to emphasize in the book file.

  5 switch speeds, and then select file > save all the files in the book (this will save in FM11 format)

  6. move speed, and then select file > close all files in the book.

  7. save the book file (it must be converted for FM11).

  I could be wrong, but according to the screenshot, the specified hosts are not in the cluster, but at the level of the data center!

  I in Oracle database 10g in a diagram ca 600 ('business') tables created. Most of these tables have no comments.

  I understand that some tables are with mandatory data to the system, something like table ala "What" would sound to be with mandatory 3 rows that are needed for the system to run. some tables contains mandatory data for the system, such as ala 'UserOptions"which sounds like it contains data that the user has inserted itself, if these data are not important for the system. Maybe I could distinguish between tables in other, perhaps some other tips are important to clarify the purpose of the table.
  Can you suggest something useful how do I do the commentary to these 600 tables?
  If you're dazzled that there are not many people who might know the porpouse of the tables, then you should not be surprised, take this as a reality.
  I dig in the Java code that uses these tables, I think what's ' will be a lot of comments either.

  If I were you CharlesRoos, I would be first to reverse engineer the schema/database. It is easier to understand the link between the business tables when you see actually graphically ;-)

  Also, you may find that some tables are on security (users, roles, profiles, granted by screen, etc), others may be connected to a workflow "internal" demand, etc etc.

  It's easier to do when you have the graphics. I'm saying; I just hope that you do not try to understand your database using SQLPlus :))

  So, we work with a book that will be printed in both languages. The color plates will be the same in both, with just the black plate text change. We should have implemented in a single document with color as the base layer and the two languages as two separate layers over the top, but we do not have. So now we have the design and to move all the items of text on a new layer. I do not know this should be easy enough for anyone who knows how the script, but I don't.

  Anyone know of any scripts for it? Any other ideas?

  Change the name of the index to the index-z. Then change the name to indexlayers to
  the index. Then change the name of xindex AND REFUSE TO UPDATE PAGE index.
  Then replace a - z index indexes.

  Bada bing, bada boom.

  Or do a find at the site level and replace to search for all instances of "indexlayers".

  I want to test the recovery of an Oracle 11 database that has been saved with RMAN and "controlfile autobackup on."
  The RMAN Repository is in the controlfiles (no catalog database has been used).

  On a new installed host, I did a bog Oracle 11 Standard Edition only software installation standard.
  Operating system is Windows XP SP2
  (D:\oracle\ora11) ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_BASE (d:\oracle) are the same as on the old system.
  
  After the installation of the Oracle software, I have none of the configurations. (No tnsnames.ora, listener.ora no).
  There is only a default sqlnet.ora in %ORACLE_HOME%\network\admin with a single entry: SQLNET. AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES = (NTS)
  
  In documentation, I found that I read "startup nomount" database with a minimum setting or basis file.
  I tried to use the default init.ora in % ORACLE_HOME%\dbs\init.ora. (I just changed the "ORCL" db_name to 'mpausch')
  The steps I did:
  define the ORACLE_BASE = d:\oracle
  set ORACLE_HOME = d:\oracle\ora11
  Set ORACLE_SID = mpausch
  sqlplus/nolog
  SQL > startup nomount pfile=d:\oracle\ora11\dbs\init.ora
  
  But the only thing I get is a: ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
  And
  SQL > connect / as sysdba
  also, does not produce an ORA-12560.
  
  
  So, I configured an earpiece and a local name (with Net Configuration Assistant). But only the error message I get
  is it ORA-12560.
  
  What do I need to configure to be able to start the instance with the minimum setting file?

  Make sure that you create the Windows Oracle service with oradim.
