  When I try to change my live billing on Windows information it says that it does not recognize my computer - wtf? - and attempts to send a confirmation code to my email address. • Don't remember the old password Windows Live account

  A year ago, I created my first windows live account under the name of * address email is removed from the privacy * so I could access xbox live arcade (I was assisted by the man who ran the Internet café in perth, Scotland), shortly there after my health collapsed again and I never did return and I don't know if I never logged.

  My problem is that I don't remember the password (I thought that I could but apparently not) and I was never told my secondary email address password, I tried this twice already dealing with without success.
  Things have been facilitated by the fact that I have access to at home, my live account broadand xbox is fine but I can't switch my account to my new account * address email is removed from the privacy *.

  I wanted to just warn you that there is a scam email autour, supposed to come from a "Windows Live Account" saying that your about to be closed if you do not provide account details [name of user, password, date of birth, etc.] so that your account can be "improved." The email is poorly written [bad grammar, etc.], but lists the corporate name of Microsoft and the address at the bottom.

  1.Windows Mail doesn't support Hotmail account.
  Windows Mail only supports POP3 and IMAP E-mail accounts not Web Site based accounts (EX: Hotmail or Yahoo) unless they are paid versions with the POP3 option.
  Windows Live Mail supports Hotmail accounts.

  SMTP port # is wrong. Should be 587 No 25
  Secure (SSL) must be activated in ' Yes ' 'no '. The same applies to POP3.

  NOTE: It won't work even if you had all the parameters, changed and corrected. You must have Windows Live Mail to set up the Hotmail account.

Microsoft 'temporarily blocked my account due to unusual activity on your Windows Live account.' The only explanation that I can think is little before closing, I have exchanged emails with someone who had strange astrology and text of vitamins in his e-mail, but why would close receiving this gibberish to the bottom of my ability to send an email?

  I tried several things to fix the problem.

  (1) WLSC tried SMS a password for my phone, but the text I get from their share on the phone said "to meet with STOP or HELP. Send SMS HELP to WSLC did nothing.

  (2) WLSC also sent me a link to a "page of personal support" and a "PIN code", but the link opens a generic page. There is no place on the page to enter the PIN code.

  I can access my Inbox windows live, but I can not send. I don't see the same messages I try to send in my Outbox / Finally, solve this problem when I received another email from WLSC
