  Without seeing your application as a whole, it is difficult to give an exact answer, but there are basically two steps (and many details):

  1. The data that you want to monitor must be accessible or published somehow like being in a global, FGV, event defined by the user, etc.
  
  
  2. Create a VI that a while loop that global readings, FGV or whatever several times. The rate at which you read is based on speed, the value can change.

  Recently, I started having a rather massive problem with my pc, I suspect that maybe that's a problem with the video card, but I'm not sure.
  Basically, my monitor goes nuts and becomes pixalated and messed up looking... sometimes I am forced shut downs or my computer just freeze.
  I can run in safe mode that sometimes will look normal and pixelated and other times will look foires.

  You might want to try the built-in utilities to isolate the problem.

  Open Control Panel / Troubleshooting.

  In the left menu, choose show all.

  Use the convenience of display quality, hardware and peripheralsand Performance .

  Using the troubleshooters, they can automatically fix some problems.

  I have a few videos professionally made on some DVD and it's the only source I have...

  I used several times the detail-preserve of plugins Adobes high-end with a lot of amazing results, but usually I only use top of the range of the sequence where the resolution is lower than the other footages in my project. The plugin was obviously designed for this.

  I just wanted your opinion if you think if apply the plugin on my DVD set and it BluRay 4K upscaling is worth?

  I mean quality will be much better than my DVD player hardware 4K upscaling?

  I have the power of the CPU, time and resources for the task, including authorizing the BluRay so please don't go into this area...

  Unless you throw in additional processing of your images to reduce for example block artifacts and color corrections - don't. Scaling material tends to be fairly sophisticated and can use tricks such as the display of frames twice at framerate higher with models of slightly different scale comprising more than for any full-scale of the source footage. Passing just DVD at 4 k will be limited one way or the other, without worrying.

But for reasons unknown, it seems there will be no solution for the bridge (and other applications). All menu texts and the text based information is super tiny and the only way to work with Br is by chance. Is this really unknown problem at Adobe? Or a solution on the way?   Until Adobe updates bridge, which could be a while, there is a hack that you can do on Windows that helps. I did it with my computer. The text is a little blurry, but at least I can see the text now.

  The line you describe is part of the indicator of new end-of-sequence, which consists of a vertical black band, about a fifth of the width of the frame, bordered on the left by a white line.

• High resolution monitor and VMware Workstation, causing the system to hang

  I usually like VMware / WS... I used VMware / WS for many years with problems little / not serious - until recently.

  I'm under WS 6.5.1 on MS/Windows/XP/Pro/SP2 (host), and 2 guests of virtual machines: RHEL4 and MS/Windows/XP/PRO.

  Recently I bought a SAMSUNG T260 (1920 x 1200) high-resolution screen - I really like (I also used SAMSUNG monitors for many years with little / no serious problems).

  Currently, I am frequently (several times a day) see the two VMware / WS (all guests) and my XP any host COMPLETELY FREEZES up.  The only way out of this is perhaps a shutoff of the system and then restart.

  Needless to say it is (IMHO) a OFF THE CHARTS SERIOUS PROBLEM... with all fingers pointing to VMware / WS (TBD).

  Previously, I was running on a HP low resolution screen 1280 x 1024.  I can run for days/months/still without seeing the problem above.

  Also, I believe many/most/all lower resolution monitors is likely no other problems (be it).

  This is a 'system to freeze the scenario:

  1 pass to MS/Win/XP vm host RHEL (mode full-screen)

  2. press quickly on full screen non-plein screen

  3. If I do the above too fast my entire army system freezes up.

  Any body else see something like that?  Any ideas/help/suggestions will be appreciated.

  PS/BTW - I've seen this problem originally under 6.0.3

  Are you running the latest drivers for your videocard host?  Video drivers are complex enough that they almost always end up containing pretty serious bugs and VMware video cards use is broad enough for us fires frequently these questions.  If upgrading the drivers didn't help not can you let us know:

  -What graphics card and cpu type is your host machine?

  -Don't you update of tools in two virtual machines?

  -What is your workload, particularly in the XP VM?

  -3D acceleration enabled in the XP VM is?

  Waiting on my parts arrived and realized that my current rescued (Uninterruptible Power Supply) power is the power of 850 watts to the new PC, these cost very expensive.  Any recommendations?

  My current system uses a large ups for all PC and others for monitors, etc.  Is a 850 Watt noted contribution enough for a PC with a 850 Watt power supply?  Looks like the next step is 900; I would prefer 1000, but, as I said, they are getting expensive, and money is a factor.

  (2) when I click on tools-> monitor sessions, session related window opens upward.

  (1) not much help for you, but for me, 160 MB is not excessive use of memory for SQL Developer (mine is currently sitting at around 150 MB). And then, I have been using the tool for a while and have a lot of memory on my computer.
  (2) tools > Sessions of the monitor works fine for me (DB 10.2.0.3). Do you get an error message when it "does not open upward? Which version of DB are you using? If you go through the browser reports (see > reports if it is not already displayed) and select Data Dictionary reports > Database Administration > Sessions > Sessions, does it report?
