  The only difference I've seen is netflix now has much more netflix application of best quality. You can press the i button also and it will show the rate of streaming (to netflix) but I have yet to see more 'Super HD' video rate in the 'what you told us"4K video test on netflix. (search '4K' on netflix and you will see a number of videos)

  You still can't play 4K content via DLNA or USB via the video player integrated :-(

  I recently got a KDL-32EX40B TV with BD and video Internet player. Although slow to start using N of Sony wireless adapter, it seemed to work OK once I've manually updated the firmware to version PKG4.081AAB (NetFlix wouldn't work at all before this update, and the feature of automatic update in the game told me that the 3 something version was later if no update was necessary).

  With respect to the update of the firmware, it has been updated automatically, and he did as soon as I'm the wireless enabled in TV. But he upgraded to an older version that you have available for download. He had been in place for several days until I've manually updated, so it wasn't like I had not given the time. • Cannot set up Netflix

  We have a Bravia HDTV. I've already set up the network, but when we go to the media/video, nothing happens. It has a screen that says connect, launch and shortcut. No network capacity or to Netflix to get the code. It's very frustrating. Why is it so user unfriendly?

  I can not too with my KDL-52EX700. I updated my software to the latest version (PKG4.086ALL) and yet, when I try to access Netflix, I get an error saying "this service requires a software update for your television".

  I'm new to this, so Netflix has not worked. Hope someone can guide me in the right direction.

• Netflix content error

  Netflix has worked for months, but for about a week, I don't see is a content error when you try to play a movie. I can see the movie titles in the instant queue and netflix work well on all other devices in our home. Model is BRAVIA KDL-46EX710, serial No.: 8012033, software: PKG4.099AAL. Updates software automatic is activated. I looked on this site of support for a more recent update, but later I see seems to be older than I (86AAL). I appreciate all help. Thank you!

  I could make it work. Don't know which is fixed or if it was a combination of the two. But what I ended up doing is, I went to settings, network, refresh Internet Content. Who has not fixed it. But I have turned off, then turn off the power switch on the TV. Save power and now its work. The Netflix menu is different now, but in a much better way. And it plays movies without any problem.

• No Internet on KDL-55EX720 Bravia service after software upward

  No Services Internet Bravia KDL-55EX720 after software update PKG4.012AAA (e.g., Netflix is missing, so everything else).

  I checked my connection and it is very good (local and internet okay). The Internet browser opens the page in the sony store. I tried to turn off the TV and then back on after a few minutes, check the internet connection, etc.. Nothing helps.

  I think I'll stop the update of the TV software in the future each update seems to make things worse. Please help, it's very frustrating.

  I bought a Sony KDL-46EX720 a year ago to the Portugal. I remember viewing a movie hollow files usb port and it worked fine, except for the subtitles that had a strange police which made impossible subtitles to read (I remember, we had the opportunity to choose among 4 fonts but they were all the same). Since then, I stopped watching movies tray usb and used other methods (connection via hdmi on the pc). Today I have the Tv connected to the internet (ethernet port) for the first time and did the updates (successfully, update version: PKG4.017EUA - 0104). I tried to watch a movie with subtitles (.srt format both .sub, same name as the video file) and I could just find the option to turn on the subtitles. I tried 4 color buttons and the button subtitle, with return error: function not available for the current mode (translated from Portuguese). I looked in all the menus and I have not found that everything about the subtitles/configuration section. I searched the Sony site, etc., and I can simply find an answer... How can I activate/config the subtitles to work with my movie from the usb port files? Thank you

  Subtitles (.srt) .ts and .m2ts video file formats are not supported by USB playback. Therefore, unable to display subtitles. This is a normal operation.
