  I'm trying to connect i8 Rii Mini Wireless keyboard on my Sony KDL-46EX720 TV.  The IIR is shipped with a USB receiver that connects to a USB port on the back of the TV.  When I insert the USB, the States of TV receiver, "not taken USB device support".  A keyboard from another manufacturer can be connected to my TV?  I don't have a Sony VAIO laptop.  Any keyboard may be connected wireless, except with Sony VAIO?

  Is there a software patch that will reach or enable support for a USB receiver (device USB not supported 'States' TV currently) connect a keyboard or mouse wireless web TV KDL-46EX720?  If there is a "patch", please provide a link to it.  And if there is, including model Sony web wireless keyboard would need to buy to make this connection?  Please provide a link to it EVEN IF IT IS NOT AVAILABLE any LONGER.  I'll find one.  Once again, I don't have a Sony VAIO laptop and wish not to buy one.  I have four computers in my house, that is, two offices and two laptops.

  Please NOTE:  I have a LAN adapter that is connected to the right (top) USB port at the back of the TV.  For the keyboard/mouse USB receiver, I need to use the free USB port (bottom).

  You can use the YouTube application that is present under the video Menu of the TV.
  However, the TV browser will not support the use of Adobe Flash Player to access YouTube videos.

• KDL-42W850A - Youtube problem

  I have the sony bravia KDL-42W850A. I am facing problem in Youtube.

  Until last week all the things work correctly that is all based youtube videos works fine.

  I use a wireless connection. I'm able to use content using TV-browser browser, search, also, I am able to connect to facebook and twitter in given application on television. However the question is just Youtube. As soon as I select Youtube, it is network error connect (1106). Also in network connection, he was all ok. I also tested using wired connection instead of the Wi - Fi connection.

  One thing is, networked, set, refresh the content of the network also giving the same error. Maybe that's the issue. But still, internet works fine with all other applications in the TV. It's just in error in the video application.

  For the most part, I used Youtube for videos and until last week, it was working fine. I don't know, but last week there was a message to update the firmware on the TV and I'm updating to it. Perhaps is a question after this update of version.

  Please help me solve this problem.

  I already got a solution to the problem.

  However, solution is also weird. My internet provider has changed the pubilc to my connection and its new ip start working. We don't know why this issue is, because all of the video utilities did not work in any of my sony devie including TV & Home therter. And using the same network youtube and other video sites works very well from the laptop.

  So do not exactly know the problem, but for now its solved.

  At home we have a sony w905 and a w655 I love the TV but there is a problem. When I watch a movie on an external hard drive, the subtitles are displayed with a translucent blackish/gray box behind them. Is there a way to get rid of this box?

• [New Sony Vaio Pro] WiFi problem!

  Hey!

  I recently acquired the new Vaio Sony Pro 13 "."

  Everything seems to work admirably except for the Wifi card.

  In fact, the card works fine in a range of 15 feet around the router.

  But when I cross this beach, wifi download & upload speed drop strongly: download of ~ 20Mbps to 0, 5Mbps!

  This problem is clearly linked to the Vaio Pro as the other computers in my household are not such questions.

  What I tried to do:

  > Re-install card driver intel (available on the Sony site)

  > Change the properties of the map

  Unfortunately, these actions did not solve the issue...

  Do you have any idea what could be the problem and a way to fix it?

  For more information this problem occurs also, that means sometimes keyboard works very well.

  Every time that the computer starts with the keyboard of a malfunction, the problem will be solved after 30-40 minutes of work so I know that nothing has been spilled on it, but it's very annoying.

  Any ideas?

  It's a compatibility problem, the phone works perfectly with Sony headphones and same samsung, so the phone sound fine, your HTC headset works with other phones but not Sony, there of nothing wrong with the phone or the helmet, just a compatibility issue.

  After 2 months of using my sony suddenly would not start correctly. on switching on, it would pass by the usual process but, it does not meet any button (remote or on the side of the TV).
  Then it would just reboot and go through the same process.

  The following procedure should solve the problem you're having with your units:

  Follow the steps below to resolve this issue *.

  Unplug the power cord of the TV from the power outlet.
  Leave the TV to remain without electricity for one minute.
  Plug the power cord into the power outlet.
  Perform a factory reset.

  Turn on the TV.
  Immediately after that a photo or display information appears, press and hold the up arrow button on the remote control.
  IMPORTANT: Make sure that the remote control is directed to the front of the TV.

  While holding the up arrow button, press and release the power button on the side of the TV.
  Release the up arrow button on the remote control.
  NOTE: If the reset is successful, TV momentarily displays a message of reset. If the message does not appear, repeat the reset procedure.

  Hey, I just got my hp envy 15 t-3000 today and I tried to connect it to my sony lcd kdl - 26 m 4000 tv via an hdmi cable. my computer detects the TV is connect but on tv it says there is no signal.

  I, ran things back with drivers and even disable switchable graphics on the bios. I came to a conclusion that my TV is just the old to manage one / signal v that sends the laptop via hdmi. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.

• Import Sony film Lightroom DC problem

  I am an experienced user of Lightroom CC on MacBook Pro running OS X El Capitan. I have no problem to import from my Canon DSLR and various models including G16 G.

  But I have problems with my new Sony RX10 III imports. The LR advanced import dialog box detects and any fixed images on the SDXC card. But he can't find or show one of the movies.

  As a solution, I can import files and search directories on the map. I found the movies under 'Private', as well as the JPG previews and still shots. But I lost my first days of shooting movies (I reformat the card in the device after successful import and backup.)

  Is there a way to tell LR to look in all the directories of the map when importing?

  I did some additional research and can confirm the problem on my end. To reproduce the bug, I set the video format Sony RX10 III to film "XAVC S". In this mode, the Sony camera will the MP4 in the/Private/M4ROOT/CLIP. Unfortunately, Apple Photos nor Lightroom app knows where to look XAVC S videos (in mode "Devices").

  The problem will be fixed in a future update of Lightroom. Thanks for your report.
