  I suppose that others have the same problem, if you have not applied the latest updates and a meeting place for Dell Pro 8 with a card 3G it would be a good idea to not update drivers at this time.

  In the end, I updated the Windows operating system files and installed A03.  Could not get A04 or A05 works not at all.

  It is clear that these updates have not been tested on the site of Dell Pro 8.  I highly recommend to avoid updating the driver for the card 3G until an adjustment for the driver of the object is released.

  The reality is that Dell has released a product with a digital pen that does not work properly and use a 3G card that does not work properly.  In general I would avoid Dell Windows tablets in the future, if you do not have to use Windows 8.1 I would recommend that you buy an Apple iPad.

  My place of dell pro screen start flashing once the call is established. Sometimes, the screen remains black as if swithced off. This happens all in making a call or once I answer a phone call. The touch screen is disabled for the duration of the call. Once the Group at the other end disconnects screen becomes active again. I called dell support and they advised to reset to the factory settings. Tried, but the problem still persists.

  Had the same issue, but took off the protective film that came with the phone and resolved immediately.

  The default phone has a battery mode that disables the display when it in next to you ear and an appeal is in economics.

  Seems the protective skin band prevents the phone to detect when its next to your ear

  I have a DVP8 that needs to be repaired using a repair disk.  The problem is that I don't have a cable that will allow the fixing of the ERD and have the DVP8 to be trendy (required) at the same time.  Does anyone know of a cable that will be connected to a repair disc and be connected to an electrical outlet at the same time, this system?  I see that there is a cable adapter OTG USB 3-in-1 (Micro USB Hub via Amazon) available but do not know if it is compatible with this system.  Thanks for your time.

  I don't think that the adapter identified by you will work, as the DV8P do not accept the data and power at the same time without special configuration and/or technology.

  However, other products are around this same will work to provide power and data to the DV8P at the same time - the + Port (also available via Amazon.com) and the Vener8.

  And, Dell has launched its own adapter cable power + data simultaneously, available on its Web site (and recently with night free shipping, probably useful for you) and at a price much lower than the competitors above.   (You can check Dell discount coupons for your purchase - there was just a 10% Dell voucher (expired a few days ago).)  Also, even if the Web site currently shows 5-7 business days for shipping, people actually received their orders in 2 days or less of the command - pretty amazing.)

  One thing: I don't know what your repair disk support is on.  If a flash drive, there should be no problem with the foregoing.  If a portable hard drive that is powered via the USB port of the Tablet, the DV8P maybe isn't able to provide enough power to run the portable hard drive (it is a specific hard drive) and you may need to run the portable hard drive through a powered USB hub to connect you to the foregoing.

  Hello, my 'new' coming Pro arrived yesterday and I just started to test. He had a very old firmware, not mango even, so I started updated by zune. After the third update (for the WiFi issues, I think it was the "last" wp7 update) I get an error... so I have the phone an inexplicable I tried again, without success. I have read and tested many, not even the Microsoft Update tool could help. So I started to pick it up in zune (settings, updates). The startet updated and now I always get an error of 61%. I read many things once again, I even tried to save it from another computer (copy image %appdata%\Microsoft\Microsoft phone update), but still have the same problem. So, my 'new' phone doesent start a plus, it loads just for the bootloader. I tried to get any firmware offiziel on 'standard' camera flash but I seems that DELL don't want this (nothing to download).   Sometimes, I can't turn it back on the shelf (press power button / stop and not start upward). I use alternating current, the tablet on and the battery is being charged (90%). Then, break the alternating current, the Tablet stops suddenly. To activate the battery, I need to reopen the battery.

  ---> I think this question because of the (physical) connection between the battery and the tablet.

  No.2 : The shelf stop the charge when the battery reaches 91%. However. in Dell Power Manager it show battery #1 à 91 %, excellent health, battert battery setting: Standard.

  What this means: after 2 months using, I lost 9% battery and never again get 100%?

  Go into the bios it you can change it to 100%.

• Place of Dell Pro 11 pen doesn't work-

  I got this computer from April 2014, so I should have one of the pens 'improved '. Since the beginning it never worked right. I kept having to take the battery out and put back.   Well, I finally did a hard reset on the phone and it is always open, updates are still there but the new language options were nowhere to be seen.
