I called dell support and they advised to reset to the factory settings. Tried, but the problem still persists.

  Hello, my 'new' coming Pro arrived yesterday and I just started to test. He had a very old firmware, not mango even, so I started updated by zune. After the third update (for the WiFi issues, I think it was the "last" wp7 update) I get an error... so I have the phone an inexplicable I tried again, without success. I have read and tested many, not even the Microsoft Update tool could help. So I started to pick it up in zune (settings, updates). The startet updated and now I always get an error of 61%. I read many things once again, I even tried to save it from another computer (copy image %appdata%\Microsoft\Microsoft phone update), but still have the same problem. So, my 'new' phone doesent start a plus, it loads just for the bootloader. I tried to get any firmware offiziel on 'standard' camera flash but I seems that DELL don't want this (nothing to download).   I don't know what type of battery is in the mobile keyboard.  Is this the same battery that is in the tablet itself, which makes the user replaceable and easily accessible?

  I bought 2 copies of Windows 7 Home Premium a online retailer which has a badge of software Microsoft Geniune. Just installed a high tower HP 4515 s workbook and when I entered the key - it would not constantly give this message"Windows 7 key does not match current Windows SKU"

  If I put it to charge (using the dell charger), white light is on & then after 5/10 minutes it turns off & then there is no light regardless of how long to load I put it on charging.

  Pls advice, are there centres of dell authorized service in/all about delhi, India?
