Place the stamp signature

Hello

Using PDF stamps Thom Parker that I created a custom stamp that has been stored in my user area of: C:\Users\Maryam\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\10.0\Stamps.

Using the same code of his book, I tried to locate the signature stamp on an area of the page where exactly right because I measured it.

But what appears in the place of the signature is a rectangle with an X from each corner to the corner opposite with black lining and residents.

Here is the code:

this.addAnnot ({page: 1, type: "Square", rect: [72, 180, 216 216]});

var oStmp = this.addAnnot ({page: 1, type: 'Stamp', AP: "Pe3Rw-AkSLYluHw8jz9iNA ', rect: [72, 180, 216, 216], turn: 15" "});

this.addAnnot ({page: 1, type: "Square", style: "D", dashboard: [4,4], strokeColor:color.blue, rect:oStmp.rect});})

1. There is no example for the stamps of the user in the book?  do I have to spend the stamp of the user in the area of the Acrobat stamp and rename it?

2: I'm not sure what causes which black rectangle with an X cross boarder appears instead of signature stamp... Any idea?  Thanks in advance.

Kind regards

You don't need to use one of the buttons. Click on the line where the code and press Ctrl + Enter.

  • No Option to "Place the Signature" in Acrobat Pro XI

I use Acrobat Pro XI.  When I click on the button 'Sign', I do not get the I need to sign, fill and sign the Signature Place Menu Options as I do using another computer in Acrobat Reader XI.  Why?  Or if not how to turn these practical options in Pro?  When I click on the button 'Sign' in Pro, I get 'sign with' Options of certificate... but nothing that would allow me to simply place the graphic signature as in Reader.

    Hi dpcee and toonr

Can you please check if you have the following registry setting on the computer where you do not see "I need sign" and "Get others to sign" options in the pane to sign within Acrobat.

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\11.0\Workflows]

  • I want to streamline my signature process sending.  I have the code I entered in my document to place the signature on the form.  Y at - it a code or a setting that I can put to automatically enter the address email of the person to whom I am

I have the code I entered in my document to place the signature on the form.  Y at - it a code or a setting that I can put to automatically enter the address email of the person who I send the form?  Also, I would use my own default message for the signatories.  Is there a place that I can get that think so I can't copy and paste the message every time?  I still need to sign first, and therefore a default section with my choice and message to signatory would be great.

    Hello Kevin,

From now on, you cannot set the recipient's e-mail address in the document itself or let him choose automatically. You must provide either the Web portal or even using the API, the e-mail address of signatory manually. According to the models of message, if you have account level business, you can set it by going to the tab account-> account settings-> Message template,.

  • How can I assign a place for my signature once the contract was signed?

Is it possible to sign a contract after the beneficiary on a line, I have create? When I use the function "I need to sign" it creates its own row on a new page for me to sign. I would like to create a signature for the customer to sign, and then once he or she sign I can sign in the space that I assigned to myself. Any help?

    Hello PolarBear16,

You can surely counter signs the document specific position in the document by going to the Send tab and check "I have need to sign" last and make sure you check "in preview, the Signatures of Position or add form fields" and click Next. In the preview page, you can select first the role of the upper left with the role of Participant dropdown and can place the necessary form fields in the document.

  • Cannot create transparent stamp signature more in Acrobat XI

I recently noticed, to my annoyance, I can't create a stamp transparent signature in Acrobat XI more.

Previously, when I clicked on "Signature of Place", I was given a "buffer" sort of transparent with which I was able to put a signature in a document where I wanted to. This differs from sign with a certificate, because he did not ask my certificate password and I didn't draw a box - it was just a stamp.

I'm still able to create a digital signature secure by drawing a rectangle whose image of my signature. However, the image still appears to be centered in the rectangle, making it difficult to guess exactly what size the rectangle when I sign a document so that I can get the signature to the right place. In addition, the signature doesn't seem to be transparent at the signing of the certificates.

Because security is usually not VERY important for me, it's much more convenient to be able to use the old method of signing "character". But when I click on "set the signature" it will default the secure digital signature. It doesn't seem to be a way to use the old signature stamp unsecured.

This tool has been removed from Acrobat?

If you have created a stamp in your signature that has a transparent background, you would use the stamp tool to apply it. In Acrobat 11 reach you the stamp tool by selecting: comment > Annotations > add stamp (stamp icon)

  • How to secure the stamps on the PDF, I have to avoid capture the timbre of the cutting or copying tool, we added these stamps on PDF image

    Hi all

I wonder that if there is a way to protect my personalized stamps added to the pdf document, the stamp is an image file, I have to avoid copping, capture even move the stamp in the document from one place to another, is there a way to make the part of the PDF stamp, so it can be edited or deleted/used by someone else?

    Thank you

If you put a stamp on a document, then this is the work of SECONDS to save a copy if it appears on the screen. Do not rely on the visual appearance of anything these days. If you want to prove the authenticity of a document, you use the digital signatures - where the important bit is invisible, and there could be a stamp, you need to ignore.

  • Multiple positions in the PDF signatures

Signatures in multiple positions in the PDF file. It is essentially a document verification and Validation,

where signatures will apply for each scenario present test in paper (4 to 5 signatures on one page).

We observed that applying a signature for a single place involves a lot of steps and save files every time.

This leads to a lot of effort when we need 500 + signatures for a document.

While we have a mechanism to get the signature previously stored with one button?

    Note:

We use 11 Acrobat Reader of Adobe (11)

The steps we use to get a signature are:-

Prerequisite: (steps involved in the creation of Signature)

Steps to place the signature: (it will be executed every time that a signature is placed)

Click on the Signature button Place

Identify the location for the signing

    Enter the password

    Click OK

    Save the file

    Thank you

    Deepak

OK, if it's only a basic, visual, stamp, it is best to forget the word "signature" at the moment, because it leads to more inappropriate places. Look rather 'stamping', if necessary, something that can be done much more easily (with Acrobat, not Reader).

  • Code 80070241 in Windows update and "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file" when you try to run any program.

Windows Update has appeared today when we started one of our machines, informing us that there are some installed updates. After reviewing the updates, we clicked on the "Install now" button, and immediately, it failed with the above error code.

I tried to run regedit a reason unrelated, and it came with a dialog box error with "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might be installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged or maybe it's a malicious software from an unknown source. »

After researching here and elsewhere on google and did not find anything suitable, put us in the Win7 disk, recovery tools and tried to go back to a previous system restore point (3 days).

The restoration went well, restarted, but the problem persists.

Then, we just tried to install anti-malware software, but when trying to run the installer, we get a different error message indicating 'ShellExecuteEx failed; Code 577 "and then the same message on the verification of the digital signature.

The computer is running fine all yesterday and has worked very well since just after the new year when he has been upgraded to Windows 7. No material changes have been made, and no software changes were made by users in the course of last week.

The computer is an AMD Athlon II X 4 with 4 GB of RAM on a motherboard Asus M4A78-EM, linking a 64 GB SSD, with a 250 GB drive SATA data/programs. GPU is a Nvidia 260, and it has a CD and DVD player as well. It is connected to our router using the gigabit ethernet interface motherboards.

It was under windows 32 - bit XP SP3 up just after the new year. When we put in place the new SSD to replace a hard drive older than we have did a new install of XP (slipstreamed with SP3) and then used the upgrade 32-bit W7 Home premium DVD version to upgrade the system. Since then, the system runs flawlessley.

On the machine is MS office XP, Firefox 3.6.3, AVG 8.5 and a few games such as the Turbine DDO.

The main user account used to try to solve these problems and to run Windows Update and try installing programs is a member of the Administrators group.

Firefox works fine, serve, and he plays the games installed very well also. AVG reports to date, with no problems and has detected no threat.

However, try to view the registry with regedit, or start Viewer event or compmgmt.msc that all do appear the message "cannot verify the digital signature.

    ***************************************************

Can anyone offer an opinion on what might be wrong with this facility please, and how we could do to solve?

Cannot run chkdsk/scandisk as he bought the message "cannot verify the digital signature" etc etc.

This morning, the machine began to behave differently - stop playing back badly, refused to start Device Manager, open Control Panel correctly etc.

So, I reset the BIOS to boot from the CD-ROM, slapped XP SP3 in reinstalled, then upgraded to Win 7 again.

Still have no idea what caused the problem, but it seems to be gone now - reinstalled the same applications, AV / programs anti-malware, games, etc and everything seems to go fine now.

    * shrug *.

Reply to Dhingra Sukrit refers to other than digital signatures. If you want to use the digital signature, you can create a custom look. Take a picture of your signature and place this image in your custom look (preferences-> Signatures-> design & appearance-> more...). You need Acrobat. You can create custom Reader appearances.

  • Create the empty Signature field in Acrobat 9

Sounds stupid, but I can't find the way to create empty signature fields in Acrobat 9 pro, that I need to send the file so that Reader users can sign.

Sign and then remove the signature (leaving the empty signature field) isn't a valid alternative, this should be done by many (not just me).

    Hello

You can create a signature field using the Digital Signature tool. Forms: Form tools: Digital Signature. This places a task on the page which is for the signature.

  • How can I DISABLE the module "signature" when I want TO use an older add-on?

I the MAGNIFICENT Add on 1 - ClickWeather and now has a message on the 'signature' module Now... I DON'T want to use a product of INFERIOR quality such as suggested in the name of the add - on.

I would use the add-on that I already have on my Firefox, 1-ClickWeather. So, how can I disable the 'signature' on an individual add-on module? It is said to "Act with caution", but it does not show Me the details of my time. I reinstalled the add-on, but it does not yet record my position.

Yes, I KNOW it is no longer supported, but has always worked until this past Saturday. It was abandoned several years ago but was kept alive by a single poster whose comments have disappeared. I have the add-on on my computer. I continued to update the continuous Firefox updates. Now, I want to again but there's this ridiculous thing on the module "signature" and «proceed with caution...» »

You cannot delete the warning, but in 42 Firefox extension should always work.

    See:
