  Hi guys,.

  Brand new to Flash so bear with me...

  I try to add two text fields that contain dummy text. This text is then wiped when a user selects the this text field, although it is not wipe any text input by the user if they choose this new text box.

  Error is:

  Scene 1, layer 'Text Login', frame 2, line 9	1119: access of property may be undefined onSetFocus through a reference with static type flash.text:TextField.

  Hello

  Put in footer of the report following region region:

  Replace "f02" regardless of the name attribute is for the EMPNO field (you can do a display on the page Source to verify this).

  That will affect the focus to the last line, if it is empty, otherwise it will be to set the focus to the first line. The code runs when the page is loaded.

  I imported a several page PDF in LiveCycle Designer.  I place a text field on each page of the PDF file.  I want the user can click in the text field on the first page and type its value.  Then I want to fill in any other fields of text on other pages.  How do I put the default value of the other fields to make this work?

  You can bind the fields in the object > tab link. Simply, name them all the same thing and change the global default binding.

  We could use the options for text blocks to position the first line.
  Fixed value set to 0.

  And a table style that would govern the distance before and after a table.
  If you wish, set both values to 0 .

  We could also do a minimum in the lead with the paragraph formatting to separate paragraph following with the next table.

  What version of InDesign are you using? What operating system do you use?

  Tell us exactly how you create your text box (frame).

  The easiest way is to choose the tool of Type (T). Click and drag an image where you want to go.

  But, if you place the text to another program like Microsoft Word, click file > Place. Select the file and click Open. Drag-and-drop placement of text cursor to position it on the page.

  You can have some elements as inline in a text. Simple copy or cut the item (or even several grouped items) with the black arrow, place the text cursor in the row you want the item and Paste it. It will be by default acting as a character in the line, but if you select it again with the black arrow, you can set the options in the Panel wrap to break the text up, above and below the item, or even to leave text floating to the left or the right of the element.

  

  You can try to paste more complex items or same set of widgets online, but I wouldn't shoot...

  in what format save you your file? If it's a jpg file, then the text is compressed and unfortunately PS is telling things as they are. Even if you could change the text before you save, after having been saved in jpg format, the text is merged and is no longer editable.

  A good solution is to save the files as PSD files, photoshop files. In this case, all layers are saved uncompressed and so your text will appear in its own layer in photoshop. All you need to do in this case to change it is the result of a three-step procedure

  (1) select the right layer

  (2) take the text tool in the tools bar

  (3) mark and change your text

  So the crucial question is: in what format you save your file?

  TextField.x = mouseX and textfield.y = mouseY place a texfield on-screen. But, you have to click two places to make it work; essentially to an x and y location with the location being lower and to the right of the location x. by clicking on any other way has unpredictable results.   I start a new web project - but my computer with my DW just died!  While I wait to be corrected, I wanted to know if this idea I had work.  The site will have a graphic of a paper towel, maybe tilted a bit with css.  On this towel, I want to add text.  I don't want to hard code the text in a graph but rather use fonts web google to place on top.  I thought I could place the towel in a div and put it where I want on the page, no problem.  Can I also place the text with a font web google in a separate div and place it on top?  I can tilt as the towel with css3, that I have not tried this before and since my computer can not experiement is therefore hoping that you guys can guide me so when I get home I can jump in full.
