• How to get people with a gmail address to see Thunderbird email stationery

  I received email Thunderbird so I could use the paper and I'm in LOVE - unlimited stationery for the rest of my life unless they come out as Microsoft did with Windows. When I send emails with stationery to my e-mail address Thunderbird to anyone with a Windows Live email address, stationery crosses very well, but if I send to someone with a gmail address, no stationery comes through at all. I have a gmail address myself and have tried to understand. I can't find anywhere to click the e-mail received in gmail to view stationery. Anyone has any experience with this and find out if this is possible?

  Most of the people I know that seems to have the gmail addresses and I would use the paper when I send them an email but do not know how they can see it.

  According to this site, open Windows Live Mail, press Alt-H-A, I think it's the same as the help / about. The build No. will be 16, 15 or 14 (WLM 2012, 2011 or 2009).

  I'm not too familiar with WLM, but as long as you save (export) your mail and contacts, it should be safe to uninstall WLM 2011 and install WLM 2009:

• Mail in El Capitan has no option of stationery button

  I already read all the instructions to add the stationery button to my e-mail toolbar in El Capitan. The problem is that I can't find this button on my existing toolbar or in the visible choices in the drop-down menu when I select the toolbar Customize using the View menu--> customize the toolbar or right click on the new Message button and selecting Customize toolbar. Can someone help me understand how to add stationery to my mail from El Capitan?

  The stationery button appears in a new Message window toolbar. It cannot be added to the e-mail toolbar itself. Click the icon for new Message and then look on the far right of the toolbar. The stationery button appears.

• some photographs show as placeholders in imovie 10.1 black

  I make films at home with a combination of photos and videos imported from opening.  Never had a problem with older versions of imovie, but now I find that some but not all of them show as placeholders of blacks in the film. My OS is El Capitan 10.11.1 I noticed there is a complaint in the imovie 10.1 journals but don't see any solution or a model.  Suggestions?

  You can try to connect to your computer, under another account and checking that iMovie includes the same - this is to check if the problem is related to some third party software which runs in your usual account.

  It works very well for most users (including myself) there were so many reports this with version 10.1 and El Capitan I suspect it might be a bug affecting certain types of input materials.  I've not seen claire solution and I recommend you send feedback to Apple to the: http://www.apple.com/feedback/imovie.html giving as many details as possible about your computer configuration and the details of the origin and the format of files affected.

  I have a card that appears to be too thick - it sticks in early printing, then moves along and print the rest of sheet well. The card is sold as 'wedding stationery' and is thicker than the card I normally use. Should which option I use to print on this map?

  "Medium stock paper / card.

  Look for a setting in the printing preferences for the type of media "brochure", thick, or similar paper.

  "Very heavy weight paper / card stock.

  You might be able to fool the parameter defining the type of support to some kind of Photo paper - this media (paper kind) allows a weight up to 75 lbs/280 g/m.

  In my opinion, unless you want to print the notice yourself for some reason, this might be the time to look for a local printing Service company that can help by printing the invitations for you with your special message / staff.

  You can provide the staff of print service with a sample of your message that is printed on plain paper.  This way you are not tempted and then perhaps overwhelmed with choices that may be other than what you have already decided.

  Why use a printing Service?

  • This printer also beautiful be, isn't able to print invitations from the way you expect.
  • The invitations are likely to be expensive and perhaps not easily replaceable.
  • The test phase may exceed the number of invitations you want to risk.

  If you do, you could remove this in your list of items "I do" and entrusts the care professionals.

• What happened to my stationery and my sizer of photo on my front page of e-mail?

  My computer has a virus.  After repair my Microsoft Internet has been upgraded to a new version with Hotmail.  I don't see the drop-down list called stationery and the drop-down menu that says something about the attached pictures who gave you several choices on the sizing of the pictures you want to attach to an email that you want to send.  I really miss these features; I used them a lot and I want to know can I get them back?  Please get back to me as soon as POSSIBLE.  Thank you very much.

  Microsoft seems to have deleted the download links for stationery for OE and Windows Mail on its Web site.  There is the default stationery installed with OE however, and it is possible that your system is looking in the wrong place for stationery files.  It might still be looking for the C drive.  The default location for the stationery is 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery' and OE uses this registry key to determine this location:
   
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Tools\Stationery
   
  and the value of "Stationery Folder"
   
  Default value is
   
  %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery
   
  where the ProgramFiles is a variable which represents where the program files.
   
  Since you're probably not too adept at editing the registry, just watch on both drives and see if there is a directory of stationery items in the drive C or H in the above locations and if there is a reader and not the other, then copy that to the same relative location on the other drive and then reboot and see if OE stationery which is default with OE.

• Why is so weak stationery in Windows Mail (Vista) I can barely see it?

  I try to use the stationery, for example of roses, with a new e-mail message.  It seems that the roses are only at the top but they are so low (light, dim) that I can hardly say that they are pink.

  Is this usual with Windows Mail?

  Yes, I just checked.  The 'pink' stationery WinMail is very pale and washed out.  I think that most if not all items of stationery to the storm cloud is free.

  The stationery in WinMail folder is located under the base of messages, which is located at c:\users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows by default Mail and it is a hidden folder, so you must enable the display of hidden files and folders under control panel | Folder options | See if you can see.  Once you find it, you can just copy other items of stationery in the Stationery folder.
