I bought a student-to-teacher plan CC, but now my apps turned into test mode and expired... also, I paid the 2nd mensality and I have no apps now. What should I do?

Apps are test mode yet although accession of cloud, I bought yesterday.
Yesterday I bought Creative Cloud membership but apps are still to ask the serial number in test mode.
Even I don't has not received confirmation from Adobe letter. What should I do to use my subscription without trial modes?

Windows 8 apps are waiting and never download from Store
Please advise I have just upgraded to Windows 8 and there is an option for the contract at the opening of the screen, however, when you go to the market and download applications, it shows that they are waiting for the download, but they never download at all, they keep showing waiting as if there is no internet connection. Please, try the steps below and see if it helps, there could be software of third parties in conflict with it:
- Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
- Disable the firewall of your machine, see Windows Firewall enable or disable - Windows help , OS x: about the application firewall - Apple Support
- Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.
