Hi, I tried to buy a plan for student/teacher, but to the last step (5) I tried to pay, and the system simply refresh the page and it is not a mistake or a notification. I tried with 2 different browsers, but is the same. What can I do?

Creative desktop cloud applications can be downloaded and installed on multiple computers, regardless of the operating system. However, the activation is limited to two machines per individual related to the composition, and you may not use the software on these devices simultaneously.
To install the creative cloud on new computer
Visit download/install FAQ: How can I download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App?
If you are already signed in on two computers, simply disconnect you creative cloud over one of the other computers and log on to the new.
See connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
If you cannot log out due to a broken or reformatted computer, or if you no longer have the old computer, where you have logged in, you will receive a message when you try to connect on a third. Please see this link for more information:

Please, try the steps below and see if it helps, there could be software of third parties in conflict with it:
- Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
- Disable the firewall of your machine, see Windows Firewall enable or disable - Windows help , OS x: about the application firewall - Apple Support
- Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.
- After this sign off cloud creative app connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
- Force quit Adobe all activity monitor processes / end of task from Task Manager in the case of windows (for example, CC, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc..)

Right-click on the icon in the Finder and select the 'Go - To' folder option.

(3) in the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings, you will be able to view the LAN settings box.
(4) check the box-"automatically detect settings" and then "uncheck" all the other boxes as "configuration Script auto use", "Use a proxy server," proxy server ", then click on the ok button."
5) click on the "Network settings" button once again, make sure that "automatically detect settings" is the only option selected, open the LAN Properties window.

I can't buy a plan of the student, but my account was debited my VAC.
I can't seem to buy the monthly student package and said that there is an error with my payment. Yet I was nzd $1.14 released twice (as I got tired of paying twice) why cant I get the plan, but it takes money even when my acc?

I joined the Adobe Creative cloud and bought an annual plan more 2 months free with Creative cloud as a user of University student. I could download apps (not in first instance) that was available in the plan, but since I reinstalled a new operating system on my Mac laptop, not only I was able to download only the apps for the trial, but found no order history in my account. As if I never bought the plan. Could someone help me with this problem?
