  as already mentioned here already I repacked our Android app to use on the Playbook and basically all works. The only problem was that by hitting 'Buy' in our application, nothing happened.

  Now I have successfully created an account AppWorld, added the app, added 2 properties and added a user of sandbox sandbox with my Blackberry ID. I managed to download the app on AppWorld using this 'tst' / deep link method. However if I press the button 'Buy' in our app, still nothing happens.

  Also, I waited 24 hours now but the result is always the same. Is it possible to know what is happening?

  Who would do it. The dev team is already working on a fix. If you want to connect a bug Issue Tracker (link in my signature) I can have it follow the internal progression so you get messages when set.

  For now, you can test if you use landscape mode.

  I found the answer myself via chat. the answer is Yes, you can cancel, but you must pay 50% of the remaining months of the annual contract

  Yes, you should be able to use the real account sandbox if you get rid of this line.

  I installed the public beta version of El Capitan last night on my Macbook Pro. It seems to run that most applications of 2015 just fine for me. Everyone knows anything with the following applications that does not work? Just curious.

  I want to know which Google IPA versions works perfectly fine with BB, I can see V3 and V5 are not working. So should I try with V2, in fact Google has deprecated code V2, so just wanted confirmation of any developer of BB on the version of the IAP, what version should be used?

  You can use v2. Version 3 uses the SDK to play from Google that is not supported.

• Any chance of getting Java BB OS 6.0 app works on playbook?

  I am a new developer is working on my first application.  My client wants to submit an application before the deadline (March 31) to get a playbook for free.  The app is almost completed (version 1.0 in any case). There is a chance that I could have done in the 31st, but it is written in Java for the 9800 smartphone running Blackberry OS 6.0.

  (1) my understanding is that the free Tablet to develop an app for the tablet.  Write an application for smartphone is not eligible.  Is this correct?

  (2) I don't think that the Java for OS 6.0 application will run on the tablet.  Is that also correct?

  (1) you are right, you must write an application for the Playbook tablet to qualify for a free.

  (2) it is not quite correct (see the link below for reference). RIM has announced that they will support Blackberry Java apps via a downloadable application drive. Unfortunately, I do not think that they announced at the same time this system would become available, and it would certainly not before the break.

• BlackBerry smartphone App World will not recognize the Playbook password

  My playbook & Desktop Manager accepts the password but App World will not. I get this error message:

  I did a little more digging and it seems that you can not connect a Playbook through your computer to App World even though the web page indicates to do so. Playbooks can only access the App World apps directly. Thanks for your help.

• BlackBerry Smartphones PlayBook App Missing In Action - App World? Purgatory App!

  First PlayBook app my company - "hearts for BlackBerry PlayBook" - on App World for several days now.

  The search on "PlayBook" (in a web browser) does not find this application.

  Research on "PlayBook" (in a web browser) do not find this application, then choose to continue to "refine by subcategory', 'Games'... whaddya know - there is no category 'Cards' under 'games '. Obviously, this omission needs to be addressed.

  The search on "PlayBook" (using App World on the PlayBook) does not find this app: that in fact a single page of results returned, partially out apps with names that start with 'C '.

  By selecting 'Categories' (menu item PlayBook App World). then 'games', then 'Maps' can not find this application.

  What is the point of develop for this platform (PlayBook), if applications are forced to Top secret?

  I looked through the AppWorld Playbook earlier > categories > games > cards and I saw it listed on the fifth line, for an object in the line.

• Beta of MacOS left still getting update

  I followed the steps to leave the beta version of Mac OS that is listed on Apple's beta site, but my App Store shows the new beta of the pubis as a download available. I did a clean install and restored my data from a time machine backup, but the App Store always shows the new public beta version of download according to availability. Signed out of the App Store.  You want to be out of public beta and have just a clean version of macOS Sierra on my machine.

  PayPal is set up it is for security reasons. Payment processing is done by Digital River, who also manages the product for sellers of BlackBerry App World.

  You can earn money by setting a price for your application. Payments-app is a way to monetize.

  Other methods of monetization to consider:

  • Price of the premium for the app
  • Advertising
  • Freemium (two versions of the app, free/paid)
  • Develop applications for businesses, billing customers, free in App World
  • Develop the app in conjunction with a web service
  • Sponsorship of the app

  I'm sure that there are companies in Nigeria who want to pay you to do an application for them. You can even make more of $$$ that way.

  How to appear new applications on App World. -What in the 'News' section as long as there are not enough new applications in this category? Also, my first application was on the 'spot' section, or at least what I think is the spotlight section. I who did not ask, was I just lucky or are new applications shown for a short time?   They normally abandoned in newcomers (as it is called on the PlayBook in any case) while apps as they are among the 25 most recently posted.

  Presence in the spotlight or "spotlight" section is a lucky thing for you, the majority of new applications are shown certainly not here. Usually these applications have either been pinned for some reason known only to RIM, or their authors have identified (following some of the tips you will find in the App world FAQ in the provider Portal) and RIM agreed.
