Playlist on iTunes, DO NOT sync all songs off iPhone

Good evening

Firstly, apologies if this topic has been discussed before.  Basically the question I have (it lasts a few months now), it of that whenever I make a playlist on iTunes and click on sync with my iPhone not all songs are copied to the playlist in my music on the phone folder. As far as I can tell, it is usually only the songs that were purchased on iTunes which will not be synchronized. Yet most purchased songs eventually synchronization to the playlist. By example, if I buy an album which contains 16 songs and creates a playlist for him, it is likely that will be 12-14 synchronize phone playlist.  Sometimes only a few songs synchronized.  No idea why this is happening or any solution to the problem?  So far, the only thing worked for me is UNSYNC all the playlists on my iPhone and then for them which is boring and tiring, since I do not have quite a few playlists/songs resync sync on my phone.  I use a macbook pro and iPhone 6plus if this is of any help.  Thank you!

You use the setting of the music iPhone screen in iTunes to manage synchronization for the songs?  To display this screen, select iPhone from iTunes to show its settings screen in the iTunes window.  Along the left side of the screen (in the sidebar), under settings, click music.  Right, music of the iPhone settings screen.  This is where you select the playlists that is synced to iPhone?

  • iTunes won't sync all my songs

    Hello

I just got myself a iPhone 7 128 gb phone after having a 5 for 4 years or more. I spent Saturday setting up using iTunes, but I am now find just some of my songs do not play on my iPhone, which I think should be reduced to a problem of sync. Now as a first step, synchronization and implementation of backup process took approximately 8 hours at night. It is perhaps down to my laptop (Windows 10) or the fact that I have over 9,000 songs put out there. I had this problem in the past, but now some of my most listened songs, who previously, I have not had problems with, do not play on the phone.

So, after that sync the first time, I got an error pops up saying that some songs may not be synchronized, so I tried again and again and this number of songs got more smaller and smaller each time, BUT some of the songs never appear on this list and may not always be played on the phone. It's very strange and I can't just make drag the unit. My iTunes has 9415 songs but my camera has only said 8971 (excessive in both cases, I know).

Frustrating is that songs that lack seem to be ones I particularly want to listen for some reason, i.e. those maybe I listened mainly just before moving on to the iPhone 7, but is not limited to these songs. When I click on my device on iTunes and click 'Music', these songs play here either, but appear different songs around them or display errors. Play these songs in iTunes that is normal in the library.

I have updated to iOS 10.0.2 and iTunes is 12.5.1.

I write here before going through the agony of pulling all the songs off the unit and restore.

    Please can someone help?

    Thank you

    Mike

The following steps should help with the erratic behavior of synchronization, including the formidable gray traces with dotted circles. They assume that all the content you want on the device in your lending library for the restoration. If not see recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device first. I would also recommend you copy everything off of the camera, if you have not already.

    1. Backup device.
    2. Restoration as a new device.
    3. Restore the backup that you made earlier.

Use a backup encrypted if you want to keep passwords, wi - fi settings, history and health web data as appropriate.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones unable to sync all songs ITunes purchase in the storm

I installed the BB desktop software to sync my Ipod on Itunes songs to the storm.  I clicked on the appropriate reading lists and press sync.  Unfortunately, he has more than a few songs.  He then produces a message that says that the majority of the playlist didn't come more reason to "digitally protected.  I don't understand why it would not import or sync legitimate songs purchased from Itunes to the storm.  This problem can be solved?  Thank you...

    It cannot be resolved simply.

BlackBerry won't play your iTunes purchased with digital rights management.

You CAN burn those iTunes on a CD and then snatch them again from your PC, then takes care of the iTunes.

  • iTunes is not sync music to apple and others

My Apple music on my phone is not synchronized with the iTunes on my computer. The strange thing is also that I can't use both devices to listen to my music from Apple. It annoys me during my daily routine. And student membership will be available to the Netherlands.

So, how can I solve my problem of synchronization?

Second problem first - you can not on an individual membership to listen on multiple devices with the same Apple ID at the same time. A single computer/device at a time. Insofar as considering a subscription, you may contact Apple directly to see if he will be available to the Netherlands.

Regarding the sync - I guess that both your iPhone and your computer are signed with the same identifier Apple and all both have iCloud music library market because it is the part of Apple's music that manages the synchronization of albums and playlists. -In general - when I add music selections from Apple on any of my three devices (an iMac, an iPhone iPad Mini 4 and 6), subsequently all songs on two other devices. Sometimes takes a while, sometimes requires a hard reset of your iOS device.

  • ITunes will not sync my files on my phone

I recently updated my iPhone 5S for a 6s. We have backed up all my files to the store and transferred a few months ago. No problem. I used my phone regularly since then without adding new songs, but recently I pulled a couple my computer I wanted to put it on. When I plugged my phone in I ran ios 9.3 (updated just a day or two ago) and Itunes 12.1. When I clicked on my phone and checked the amount of memory that I had left, it showed that I was using 10,96 GB 'data '. The category that I thought once was left for iOS and the rack system. But for some reason thought iTunes all my data was 'other '. So I updated iTunes to 12.4, backed up my phone and restored. Well now iTunes can't find my iCloud backups or my computer, and I cannot sync ANY music on my phone. I tried to update the driver, by checking the "manually sync music" and choosing then what I want, but nothing works. ITunes will show that it is the synchronization for a split second and then stop. I also ran the itunes sync test and got this:

  • ITunes does not sync Apple podcast app with my Nano

iTunes does not synchronize my Apple podcast app, with my ipod nanos podcasts.

The result is that if I'm half listening to a podcast on my ipod nano, and then use the usb cable for syncing with itunes, then connect my iphone 5 via the usb cable and synchronize with itunes podcast Apple app reflects not the amendment, despite the fact that initially the app podcast Apple pulled all the podcasts to itunes.

That is to say itunes is not cross sync from my ipod nano at Apple podcast app.

    That's what itunes is done.

Simple synchronization works very well and if I was not an iphone owner then everything would be as expected it is say podcasts of nano sync properly, or what if all I had was the application of podcast Apple iphone would be nice synchronize. But sometimes I want to listen to on my Nano, and sometimes on my phone and continue on from where I left on my Nano, I thought that was the point of the Apple ecosystem?

Use iTunes Feedback or Apple Bug Reporter to report the problem and make the Apple to know how you want it to work as before.

  • My Itunes is not synchronize all the photos in a selected folder?

The only problem is it's a synchronization session with on a number of images again and when I went for another synchronization it only sync about 1400 photos added the and not the rest of the album with more of synchronization. So almost half of the total record has been synchronized my iphone and I continued to try and try to synchronize again, but after the last session of synchronization of 1.4 thousand photos, itunes is not synchronize more movies on my phone and in step 3 of 4 it is said is "importer photos" but the screen after that there is no "Copying images # of #" and end the synchronization session. It's quite irritating to constantly press sync in the hope for it will work and add little by little more photos and it's to lose more time and effort it takes.

    • First of all, I have enough space on my iphone, worth about 4.7 gigabytes, so space on my phone is not a problem.
    • I also tried to remove the "ipod Photo Cache" several times and no change to the amount of photos, it is able to synchronize to my phone.
    • I have two itunes and my iphone to update software.
    • Well, I went in this specific case, I wanted to sync (the folder itself included) and selected all of the files in it and uncontrolled the "read only" mode. I don't know if he did anything.
    • Even tried running itunes as administrator and nothing.

I also did the called device synchronization tests of itunes diagnostic test and it says 'Synchronization completed successfully Tests.' Also, the connectivity of the device test succeeded.

  • 12.5.1 ITunes does not sync

I've also updated my IPhone to OS 10.0.2 lasest and ITunes for 12.5.1 and synchronization is now broken. The phone does not even get detected in ITunes, but OS 10 Windows detects the phone in the Device Manager.

Take a look at this article If iTunes does not your iPad, iPhone or iPod - Apple Support

  • iTunes does not recognize any of my iPhones (Windows 10)

I've recently updated iTunes 12.4 and now my iPhone 5s, and my iPhone 4 are not recognized by iTunes. They appear as 'Apple iPhone' in my file Explorer, but are not accessible via iTunes or iFunBox. I tried all the options in the management of the link here:

If iTunes does not recognize your iPhone, iPad or iPod - Apple Support

    I removed the lockdown folder.

    I tried several cables.

When I go into Device Manager, there is no "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver" under "In Bus USB controllers", but there is 'Apple iPhone' under 'portable '. If you're looking for an update to this pilot says 'Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up-to-date' "MTP USB device".

More interesting still, I went down to iTunes 12.1.3, thinking that would take me back to a working version, but in fact it STILL does not recognize my phone(s)!

    What the hell is happening?

If your iOS device does not appear in iTunes, try the following:

    1. Open Control Panel > Device Manager
    2. Plug in your device
    3. Locate Bus USB Controllers > Apple Mobile Device USB Driver.
It is also possible that the device may appear under imaging devices, portable devices or other devices or as a device USB of MTB.
    4. Right-click and select software update of the driver...
    5. Click Browse my computer for driver software
    6. Go to C:\Program Files\Common Apple Mobile Device Support\Drivers or
      C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
    7. Click on let me pick from a list of drivers for devices on my computer
    8. Click on Apple Mobile Device USB Driver
    9. Click Next, then close and exit the Device Manager

To step 3 above, open the Device Manager. Expand one of the articles that are listed.

    • USB Bus controllers
    • Imaging devices
    • Portable devices
    • Other devices

Plug in the appliance. You should hear the telltale Windows sound device connection and a Division must acquire a new entry. This should be your device. It cannot be labelled properly at this point. If you do not hear a suspicious noise cable damaged.

Or try If iTunes does not your iPad, iPhone or iPod - Apple Support

If not try a complete tear down and rebuild iTunes in accordance with the resolution of the problems with iTunes for Windows updates.

Or try to go back to the last version of iTunes that has worked for you. See the programs installation of iTunes to download links. • ITunes does not recognize the songs and the old shuffle stop at 30 seconds

I have an old shuffle, 1 MB, maybe a 2nd gen, gold (A1204 EMC). iTunes (iOS 10.11.4 12.4.1) has problems with the shuffle. He quickly recognizes the shuffle, which appears as a mounted device and on the desktop a moment, then it reports that there are no. The shuffle disappears from the desktop and I get a warning saying that it has been deleted without eject.

ITunes then freezes and I have to force quit.

The problem of 'missing file' with exclamation points occurs if the file is no longer where iTunes is expected to find. Causes possible is that you or a third-party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, one of its parents, or the reader, records it feeds has been a change in the letter of the drive or you have moved a non-portable library to a different path (see make a split cell library for more details). It is also possible that iTunes has changed from waiting for the files in the presentation of pre-iTunes 9 post-iTunes 9 layout, or vice versa, and so looking for a bit in the wrong place.

Select a track with an exclamation point, use Ctrl-I to get information, then click on no when asked to try to locate the runway. Look under the file tab for the location that iTunes thinks that the file should be. Now look around your hard drive. I hope you can locate the track in question. If a part of your library has just been moved, renamed a folder or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse actions. If the difference between the two railroads is an additional music folder in a path, then it is a problem of layout. I can explain more if this is the case. If everything is where it is supposed to be trying to fix the security permissions for iTunes for Windows.

In some cases, iTunes may be able to repair itself if you go through the same steps with Get Info, or during playback of a track, but this time, click on search and browse the lost track. Then, it can offer try to automatically correct the other broken links. Although he said something like 'use the same location' I think he expects to find titles in the same provision, artist / album, they were previously, with a systematic change to the path.

If another application like Windows Media Player has moved/renamed files, or the library was moved from OS X to Windows, then chances are that subtle differences in naming strategies it will be difficult to restore the media to the precise path that iTunes is pregnant. In this case, as long as the missing files somewhere, you should be able to use my FindTracks script for reconnecting to iTunes. See this post for an explanation of how it works.

If you want me to try to provide specific advice, please post back the following details:

    1. The location of the media under Edition folder > Preferences > advanced
    2. The location of a sample of missing follow indicated under Get Info > file > location that begins file://localhost/
    3. The real path to the file which you gave 2 details
