  Unless you use the 64-bit browser, you will not need 64-bit plugins.  Just because Windows is 64-bit does not mean that everything has been installed it is.
   
  Uninstall all Plugins Internet (RealPlayer, QuickTime, Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Shockwave Player, Adobe Air, Microsoft Silverlight, K-lite codec pack, etc.) of your computer.
   
  Turn it back on.
   
  Reset Internet Explorer default.  If used, reset the default values for Firefox.
  [Note: If you don't have any other browsers installed at that time, taste.]  Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera are decent.
   
  Turn it back on.

  Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

  • MalwareBytes (FREE)
  • SuperAntiSpyware (FREE)

  Remove anything they find. Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

  Search online with eSet Online Scanner. Delete everything is found.

  Turn it back on.
   
  Install Adobe Flash Player (in Internet Explorer and Firefox separately) and Microsoft Silverlight.  Remember to UNCHECK all the boxes to install other software with them.
   
  Turn it back on.
   
  Try whatever you were doing before.  Come back and let everyone know how things went.

• Why I can't install June 18 update for Adobe Muse?

  I have a subscription to CC to Muse, nothing else - we are released.  I double click my file of Muse and a window appears and says "new version". ""Release date 18 June 2014. " I click on install now, as I have for the past few years when there is a new version. After about 20 seconds, he directs me to the homepage Web Muse: Web design software | Download the free trial version Adobe Muse CC.  UH... I clicked on "install now"?  No site management of Muse to download the new version - it's like I'm not getting recognized for having a CC subscription or something.

  However, when I am asked to install the new version and I say "at a time" later, my Web site file opens and I can continue to use the Muse without updating.  So I know I am an active subscriber.

  Fill me in on any suggestions because it is old as I just spent the last month by clicking on "Continue demo" whenever I used my Creative Suite because Adobe has tried randomly (nuisance) force me to buy in the cloud (I own a copy of the CS6) and once the "30 - day trial" has increased the pop up screen magically went away and I could continue to use My Creative Suite without an army of attempt the cloud of boredom.

  Sorry for this rant. But seriously how can I work around this lack of update of Muse?
