  Because the computer I was using suddenly fell down, can't get the details of how to set it up again. I have a pdf form that includes the box, but when I open it in LiveCycle, it's just empty.

  I don't remember what to do to get this working.

  I use this text box "print on" ALL the time, and I need to know what to do to get back to work quickly.

  If there is someone who could help me, I could also send you a sample of a form which includes it - so you can see exactly what I mean.

  If someone could remember how to program this kind of thing in once again and save it in LiveCycle, then explain how I can put it on another computer so I'd really, REALLY appreciate it.

  PS - this one as I had put in place only prints print message per day on the first page. If she could somehow print on EACH page of the PDF file without me having to click and add it to each page individually, it would be better... but let's first!

  The script is here. If you place a new textfield in the Master Page and put the following script in the event of pre-publication of the field:

  $ = concat("This document was printed on: ", num2date(date(), DateFmt(1)))
  

  The language is FormCalc.

  Please note that you don't need to go to the XML Source for this. Simply select the textfield object and open the Script Editor (in the Windows menu). Drag the bottom of the editor bar so that you can see a few lines, and then set the FormCalc language.

  Why is this happening? I exported just a JPEG that came out how it should have so I can use this workaround - but this has been already sent to the printer and lost 4 M² of matter of time and ink!   From what I see, the blue inside the numbers is slightly off the edge.

  But you must use a HGroup, a VGroup or a TileGroup instead of a BorderContainer... You wouldn't have the x value and y the text manually box.

  I designed a catalogue produced in InDesign. I've airbrushed in PS and dropped an "outer glow" and "shadow" Style layer on products and saved with a transparent background in one. PSD format. The files are then placed in the InDesign document.

  The pages are printed as they appear when I print from InDesign, however, I wish I could send this document to retailers, but when I export as a PDF, images with shadows appear as if they are drawn with a sloppy/irregular black line instead of the shadow...

  Please help me solve.

  Would it be due to compression?

  Thoughts? Alternatives?

  Hello I used indesign several times so that exported this work in 2015, I've updated this 36 page book this year and I can't export the pdf file, I get no error, the background window does not move, I have every time to leave indesign, I can export indd. as jpg but not my indesign file in a pdf print ready, any ideas?   What happens with any document or just this one?

  Here is another approach:

  Gather all your linked files and fonts help

  file-> package.

  and save it to another drive.

  Frome, open the indd file in the folder of the package and try to export PDFs.

  Hi cellist_01,

  I can understand your concern. You can create a PDF of a .txt file, but it is not possible to create .txt file from a PDF file using the Adobe service export to PDF format.

  As a work around, you can create a .doc or .docx file from the PDF file using export to PDF and then simply copy & paste the contents of the fichier.doc/.docx the .txt file.

  I have an InDesign Document with a handful of images and text on the top or near the images. This should be so simple, but for some reason, I keep having this problem. There is no build-up on the given word and I can't place any text on one of the images. All the settings for all of the images in this scenario are the same. I'm fine with everything else but this one...

  I don't see any boxes hidden or anything else for that matter. I've recreated text boxes and still have the same problem it appears then disappears or I can get only part of the Word visible on the image, then a + sign comes... It should work please help. I tried to recrete this particular image and word a handful of times its just not the text box woking sometimes added a sign which does no sense, I tried a different text alignment so +...   Have you tried select the text block, and then go to object > text frame Options and checking the checkbox ignore text dressed ?
