The solution I found is extremely obscure - it seems that it is essential when you take the snapshot for the layer of story that you do not choose the default option in the snapshot dialog box that appears to allow you to name the snapshot.   First of all sorry for my English

  I have a laptop DV6541ev and since yesterday it won't turn.

  When I press the button power lights light up for less than one second, and then the computer turns off.

  Turns on the power indicator when the power cord is connected to the laptop.

  I tried the hard reset, remove insert ram but nothing happened.

  Unfortunately, my battery is 'dead' for a long time and I can't check if I can turn it on only the battery.
