PLM4P 6.1.1 identification last modified by user

In the GUI front end and back end tables, it is easy to find a technical writer GSM, created date/time and last edited date/time. However, I was unable to find anything related to the the user who changed the specifications. Can you point me to the right place?

The document extensibility Guide has a section called EventModel, which describes a database table that stores the specific events that occur on a specification, a timestamp, and the user who has established that change.

The table is commonLifecycleEventLog, and you can use it to extract the data you need.

Here's a quick example that lists the type of number, username, timestamp and event spec

  SELECT s.SpecNumber, u.UserName, ev.timestamp, ev.eventSource, ev.eventType
    FROM commonLifecycleEventLog ev
    inner join Users u on ev.fkActor = u.pkid
    inner join SpecSummary s on ev.fkAffectedObject = s.SpecID
order by fkAffectedObject asc, timestamp desc

See model section of events of the Guide of extensibility for more details

  • AppleScript: enter the "last modified" or other file dates

Is it possible to enter the "last modified" a file, and then open the file and paste this date into a specific location?

The issue is that in figures (v2 and v3) and Pages (v4 and v5).

My hypothesis involved in the sequence above is that the date is applied to the file when it is saved, then the script would need to save the file, get the date, open the file and coller, paste to a location specified, then close the file (which would then a last modified date somewhat later than pasted.

    Kind regards

It is trivial to get the date of the change of a file:

    Set myFile to (Choose file)

say application "System events" to get modification date of myFile

Now you have a date object. Insert the data in the file, however, requires more details.

For one, you will need to ensure that you are actually check a .numbers file. If you get that you can easily open the file:

say application 'Numbers' to Open myFile

where to add the data, but is another question - how do you know where you want to place the data?

  • WebDAV, and type last modified information file empty

I use LV2013 SP1 and working to replace the existing features of FTP with WebDAV.

For this task, I need to get a list of files (*.tdms) on the RT (cRIO) and allow the user to select those for the transfer.

My current method of FTP displays the name, date of & size in a list for sorting and selection box.

No matter if I use synchronous or asynchronous WebDAV live to retrieve a list of directory, cluster type last modified info files elements and are empty.  The RT has installed Server WebDAV 13.5.0 .

I noticed that the type is filled for text (text/plain) files, but modified is always empty.

I'm guessing that there is no such thing as the MIME type of the TDMS files?  I do not need this information for sorting.

However, the modified information is very important for my applications & users to sort the list of files.

This can be a problem with all the parameters of the RT or missing software?

Thanks for any suggestions and assistance.

The question has been attributed to 513004 car

    The details of the problem...

    • 13.5.0 & 14.0 WebDAV server
    • Objectives of the RT with VxWorks
    • The NI_WebDAV.lvlib, Listing.vi directory does not return a last modified values in the FileInfo.ctl table.

You should read the docs more closely. It gives you the current time in time, which includes the date.

  • WebUtil client File Last Modified Date

Hello.  Is there a function of WebUtil that I can use to get the date of the last modification of the file of a windows client-side?  I need to show the user if a file named c:\pollst.txt has been updated if I want to show the date of last modification of the file on their PC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it's a feature stripped of d2kwutil to webutil.

With d2kwutil, it was easy to get the two created and modified with the win_api_file package. Now with webutil_file you can just get file_size

I searched this time there, but I gave up and had to lose the functionality of the migration of 6i.

If you can not lose functionality, I think you can use one of these things in java, but you'll have to mess with another language.

Please indicate if you find an easy way.

Please, can someone tell me, how do I get all the users from a specific range of dates changes? Why I see the last change only?

FYI: I use default IOM reports of IOM 11.1.2.2. Located in my env: /opt/oracle/Middleware/Oracle_IDM1/server/reports/oim_product_BIP11gReports_11_1_2_2_0.zip

    Thank you

    Milan

The changes are classified according to the activity of update.  If you're updating 1 field at the same time, you will have a new section for each because they get the same verification key.  If you're updating 10 fields in a single click, you will get 10 updates to field in this verification key.  It is a grouping of changes like that.  If you just want to see all the changes, you have to modify your sql, or create a new report and not group them according to audit key.

  • PSE10 (MAC) - why the last modified file re - opens at startup?

    Hello

Why when I open the PES the last file modified automatically re - opens? I wan't it to stop! Any ideas how?

Unfortunately the only way to do it is either off the States in the world (System Preferences > general) or if you google around you will find the terminal code to disable the States registered for a particular program.

  • VI Last Modified Date

Find the time / date of last modification of VI isn't so easy, if it's in a. BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN LAW.

This is the only way I could find to do (is there a better way?):

In "palette OpenG leader" you can get the VI "C:\Program Files (x 86) \National Instruments\LabVIEW 2014\vi.lib\Utility\libraryn.llb\Get Info.vi VI library file. This will give you the date of last modification in seconds.

  • Can I "UNDO" last modified?

Current IM through the 'Oracle' tutorials for example and going through them, I noticed one thing that really bugged me on OWB

There is a button 'CANCEL' hidden somewhere?

I tried to look in the preferences, and I see that there is a Cancel button "default" "CTRL-Z".

Enter a map and for example adding another table and try to 'Cancel', this does not seem to work.

Maybe I need more sleep, but anyone know if there is a legitimate Cancel button?

I think its incredibly frustrating trying to debug if I wanted to cancel my last modification, but had to go back do it manually

    Thanks in advance

There is no cancellation of graphic operations, text editors should have undo, but in general, he isn't here.

    See you soon

  • text field display last modified date PDF

    Nice day

Exactly what - just need a text field that shows the last Date of modification of the PDF file.

Any javascript people who can help?

    Fine thanks

    Try something like:

At the level of the JavaScript document

    getField("text1").value = util.printd ("dd/mm/yyyy', info. ModDate);

This will update the field 'text1' whenever the document is opened.

  • Import notes that in SOD - how to set the last-modified Date?

We are still doing our Siebel users. We launched on-air, and therefore some users who were still using legacy systems while some worked far in Siebel. What I'm trying to do now is to take over from representatives in the old system and go to Siebel. I have the file created with the subject, external account id, note (description) and the date that the note was created in the old system. When I try to import the date cannot be set and is broken at the time of that creation of the acutal in Siebel note.

It is a problem that I have 3 years of account history that should be loaded and if I import all of this now, it will push the notes in the system to bottom of the list who will be upset representatives began uisng Siebel in the first wave.

My goal is simply to be ordered from oldest to newest on top, but I can't seem to find a way to do that using the tool of importation as a last modification Date is not an option for me to import.

Is it possible to do? If not, anyone know of a work around to achieve the same goal?

    Any help is very appreciated.

    -john

It wouldn't appear in the Notes section of the retail account. Currently, it is not possible to import the date as part of an import of Notes.
