What I was finally load a backup of my system, delete all the Add-ons, Firefox update and then go back new versions of Add-ons one at a time. It was a chore, but it worked. (In millions of possible computer, millions of unique & fixed issues configurations.)

In addition, it is always the second pinned tab which is lost (counting from left to right). When there is only one tab left, pinned next time I restart FF, a normal tab is closed. Every time you start after that will close another normal tab until one pinned tab is on the left (the left most pinned tab). I have not tried to restart FF with only the one pinned tab, but essentially is that I lose 1 tablet recorded each time I have quit and restart and seq. anyone else see this behavior or have any suggestions to fix?
