  What antivirus you have installed before? Is the virus/malware-free system? If you have a current antivirus installed and you went through at least some of the malware removal steps I list in the link I have given if you are sure that the system is clean, uninstall McAfee and see if that solves your problem. If you connect to the Internet behind a router, you can be sure for this quick test. If you are connected directly to a cable/dsl modem, then firstly download Avast or even Microsoft Security Essentials (both free). Then, disconnect from the Internet and uninstall McAfee. Install the antivirus of your choice and test. If all goes well, your problems have been caused by McAfee. This is not surprising since McAfee is perhaps the worst choice for safety, we could do.

  If you had any antivirus installed before McAfee, then you must go through all stages of thorough removal of malware listed in the my link before anything else. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  Adobe has disabled the server activation for pre CS3 products a long time ago and that's why you are unable to activate your product. I can not to suggest what to do, but I don't know that CS2 owners with this problem can download a version specially created that doesn't require activation. To my knowledge, no such version exists for CS. If it was me, then as the real owner of the software and just unable to use it due to having no mechanism to activate, I download CS2 and use it until someone from Adobe told me to stop. It is a sensitive issue because the download site clearly indicates that there must be an existing CS2 owner. However, the url to the download was posted the pirate not many Adobe Web sites not as a way to free download the CS2. I imagine that there have been hundreds if not thousands of downloads from 2013 when it became first available and so far Adobe has not made any attempt to restrict the download to current owners of CS2.   I bought a few days ago adobe lightroom, but I cannot download the file. I have riceived an e-mail with the serial number and the order number. In my account, I see the order with also the serial number, but there is not an active link to download the product, worse, I get a write: download does not apply.

  As a workaround I tried to download a trial version but if I write in the numebr riceived series of adobe to unlock the software, I get a message of invalid number. The number I wrote was right.

  If you need to connect former employees, you need to put their final processing at a later date.
