  I'm using CS4 on a PC.

  I degraded a whole word, ranging from light to dark.

  I can take a letter, change curve and get the effect I want.

  I want the whole word to have the effect described in the letter 'A' as shown in the example of wod together.

  If I do a whole word I do each letter individually, and it does not give me the effect of the whole word that I am trying to achieve.

  You can:

  (1) a class and keep it in Live Type (no need to create outlines);

  (2) in the appearance palette/Panel dialog box, select Add new fill;

  (3) apply the gradient from the bottom of the box to tools (which will give you the same gradient as in A) and change it if you wish.

  I had a search around but can't seem to find an answer to a very basic question:

  Ice fonts appear to be limited to a handful.  How can I add additional (such as Calibri) fonts options in the drop-down list of fonts option?

  Hi Steve,.

  You cannot add to the list of fonts in InContext Editing the way you can add to the list of fonts CSS in Dreamweaver. The list of fonts in InContext Editing is simply a list of the common fonts available in web browsers and cannot be changed.

  If you want your user to be able to apply the Calibri font in their text, you could do a class style in your style sheet called something like "calibri_font" which are referred to Calibri in good standing of the family of police (as Tommy proposed). Your users will need to select in the Style menu. You could then clear the checkbox of the police for the region in Dreamweaver (in the properties panel) to restrict your users to be able to select a font in the menu fonts InContext Editing.

  Alternatively, if you want your users to use Calibri, apply the style of the family of police for the combo box and uncheck the check box fonts and Styles CSS for the region. In this way the region will use always Calibri and your username cannot be changed in the region police.

  But don't forget that Tommy has said, if a person who views the Web site does not have Calibri and available in their browser, the police will be replaced with what is specified by default in their browser preferences.

  Hi all.

  I'm making a custom header and using the screen field

  to connect it to my screen.

  Now the question is how to get the same font that the title should be set on in a default header field?

  I want my head to dependent theme so I need set the font dynamically.

  How can I find out which fonts (+ size, color and style) are used by default the header fields?

  I tried to create a dummy screen and to retrieve its field header information, but it seems that the header field is not created until the screen is actually push up

  Someone has an idea?

  I use Outlook 2003 as my Contact Manager and I noticed when my "BOLD" BB OS7 syncs that notes for a contact does not support policies barred on the device.

  That is, s/n 0123456789 becomes 0123456789 on the device.

  I'm doing a project in Photoshop, and the only thing that throws me off is the police. I have the correct font (it came), however, I am completely clueless as to how to extend the legs of the A and G. I'm a Photoshop newbie, so maybe it is extremely easy to do or obvious to someone else. Any suggestions?

  I have a problem of police, that I can't find. It seems manifest in some versions of FP 11.4, 11.5 and 11.6. I have him submit a bug report, but do not know how long that will take and even if it is already corrected many users have this flash players and will experience this issue until they update. As I'm working on a flash ad distribution file I am sure that many people will enjoy this.

  So if someone came across this problem and get some advice on how I can make a patch please let me know. Check the print screens.   This looks like a bug with Chrome and the NPAPI plugin Flash Player version.  Can you try to upgrade to version PPAPI of the plugin in Chrome and try again?

  Dear representative,

  In FM10. I was instructed to use a font called 'gotham book' for my body text. I bought gotham - book.otf and gotham - book.ttf and put them in the folder FM FMINIT\Fonts. I've been using the font, but the text seems out of me, stretched horizontally or something. I did a little research on the police and according to me, there are 3 names for what seems to be the same font, "Regular Gotham", "Gotham-Book" and "Gotham Book"; are one of these three has examined the official police, while the other two are unofficial copies? Also, should I get the otf and ttf files?

  If you have the version of OTF, you need not to others and that it should

  Uninstall them. Having several versions installed - OpenType (OTF).

  TrueType (TTF) or PostScript (PFM) - can be confusing in the software

  programs. The result can be that all appear in the drop-down lists of fonts

• Police question - CF8 ImageDrawText()

  ImageDrawText() in the CF8 server returns error - "cannot find fonts: Serif ' and display the list of fonts that can be used, but the police I want to use not in this list. The font is installed and mapped with the cfadmin.
  The same police work perfectly on my machine of developer cf9 with ImageDrawText(). Have you encountered this situation before or have clues how to get around this problem? Suspicion appreciated.

• Illustrator CS5 in El Capitan menu police questions

  Fonts displayed incorrectly in the menu more. I uninstalled Illustrator and Suitcase Fusion 6. Re-installed Illustrator, still the same issue. The fonts are invisible.

  OK so I have an air for 2.6 ios app where 10 ladybugs walk on the screen and have words attached to them. They walk on using interpolation. When they have no text on them and the app is set to GPU mode is a really smooth animation. But when the text applies to them its impractical. I guess it's because the text is a vector.

  I need the dynamic text fields and ideally, I would like to be part of the interpolation.

  What I do here to improve this performance?

  Then put the word in the field in the movieclip and then cache the movieclip.

• Questions of police v.15.0.2 CS5. Need help.

  After you have installed the latest version of Illustrator (15.0.2) so I started to notice that I was unable to scroll through fonts. I type the text, and then scroll through the list to find one which correspond to the design, but illustrator would ignore the fonts at the end of the list, one after the demarcation line. When I try this same action in Photoshop, it works very well, displays all the fonts don't jump.

  First I tried to delete the fonts incriminated by scrooling through the list and keeping an eye on the skip, then go to the fonts folder and deleting the offending police. This method worked great, so far. Illustrator found a font that does not appear in the fonts folder. I downloaded a font-management program called Nexus Font this program works well and all but he can't find this font. I did a search for the police and came away empty-handed.

  What is my next move? Is this a common problem? How Illustrator can find a font that does not appear in the fonts folder?

  Two things - One, disable "Enable missing glyph Protection" in your text preferences and the second clean your font caches.

  It is quite common for the two questions coming if you have used to install fonts that you find on the web.  99% of the time, you're very well however.  The lack of scrolling is generally a bad police and refusal of the Illustrator to get over is the cache of corrupt police.

• Cisco ACS 5.2 with NX - OS (Nexus) devices user - questions

  Hey, I have a really strange problem with Cisco ACS 5.2 and Nexus NX - OS devices.

  I create an account on ACS, let's call him User1 and give privilege 15. With User1, I am able to access on all our IOS, IOS - XE, ASA and PIX devices with privilege 15.

  When I use the User1 account in our NEXUS devices, I do NOT receive the access privilege 15. As you probably know, the NEXUS devices have roles: predefined or custom roles. So I assumed I would get the role of "network-admin" (15 private read/write) User1 when you connect, but instead I got the role of 'vdc-operator' (private 1 read-only).

  Then I tried to twist User1 and give network-admin under profile Shell > Custom Attributes. I logged in the NEXUS and of course I was able to get a network-admin access. However, my access to ALL other devices (IOS, ASA, PIX, etc.) does NOT work! I am not even able to connect with my login and my password for these devices.

  Has anyone ever experience this problem? Help, please!

  This is a common problem when you mix with RBAC and IOS devices authorization policies, the pair av that you created must be set 'optional' instead of 'compulsory', please make this change and you will be able to access all your devices.

  No, 2 k switches need a switch to parent, it might be a 5 k, 6 k, or a k 7.

  It depends on your need.  The 3850 is mainly a copper switch with fiber uplink.  5Ks are mainly a switch of fiber with copper modules, that you can buy.  The Nexus series does not support POE, but make the 3800 series.  So, everything depends on your applications.

  When you buy the 2ks, they come with 8 FETs, which can be used to connect a 2ks to 5, 6 or 7ks through 4 uplinks.  FETs are Cisco propriatry optical and may not be used between the 2ks, and parent switches.
