  I have Windows 7 and am unable to upgrade to window 10.  I have a Pavilion dm4 laptop with 4 GB RAM and 359 GB available hard drive.  When I clicked on 'Download now', 'save' and 'run' on consistent pop ups nothing happen, although there was a security warning, but I was able to download programs, I tried with this warning without fail.  Can anyone help?  Thank you very much!

  Ibangel is right... Look in your HP Solution Center - there might be something in there that has the value "angry on the ink cartridges.  ... Maybe under "Shop supplies" or settings...

  Looks like you have malware on your computer. I would first scan the computer with scanners below and remove all detected object once you are sure that the computer is clean you can start to trouble shoot and other errors.

  I never had a reason to use LightScribe in the past, but I would like to update my software and recognize the pop - occasional ups during notifications to the.

  I turned off my computer when I recently went on vacation for a few weeks and received notification of LightScribe, after that I turned on the computer after I got home.  The action took me to the web page of LightScribe, but the page has not been found.  When I went to www.lightscribe.com, also not found.  When I performed a simple search on HP.com, the last assignment on LightScribe was back in 2011.

  HP did not support Lightscribe for several years.  References to Web sites have also been removed.

  You could try to reinstall the Lightscribe system software.
