  My understanding is that the photographer $ 9.99 package includes 2014 CC Photoshop and Lightroom CC 2014, as well as 2 GB of cloud storage.   Found the problem and the solution.

  I found that all msi packages would fail.  I tried to install another package as a .exe and received the error message: "the folder path ' program files (x 86)" contains an invalid character.

  This brings me to wonder about the long file name support.  After research, I found the registry key 'Win31FileSystem' has been set to 1.  This system was originally setup to be able to save files on a computer embedded Windows 3.1 (don't ask). It turns out that having this disables running or is not compatible with the appointment of "Program Files" (x 86)  Definition of this registry key to 0 and reboot solves the problem of msi.
