My laptop is Toshiba L755 - 16 H, windows 8.1 update All I get now is the first screen of the bios Toshiba Leaading Innovation and H2O then the windows logo 8 (4 blue quartered window) then black screen with flashing cursor and the arrow of the mouse
Cannot open mappoint trial, 2013

When I try to download I get a window asking what program I want to use to open this file. None of the choices will open the file. Trial version of point 2013 card is so downloaded on my computer but not running.

Whenever I try to connect to my computer, I put my password to login in then the computer just hangs. I have to cut the power, then go in via the Safemode with network.
