  I received a gift card Apple Store, email, for $50.00.  I won't, however, I would like to exchange it for a $50.00 iTunes gift card.  Apple made it impossible with links that go nowhere and do nothing. Apple needs to simplify the return and/or Exchange processes.  To start, why not have just a gift card that you can use at the Apple Store or iTunes?

  Unfortunately the option to redeem the good appears only in the store after the 8.1 update.

  Hello, my son got a gift card for xbox live gold to her aunt for Christmas.  I had an account hotmail for more than 20 years. When I try to save him they ask for a credit card? I don't have a credit card, and they don't accept paypal or personal check.  There is a $100 gift that my son could not use.  Can someone please explain it to me that I'm supposed to do? Seems very unfair to my son, for a gift that he thought he was going to love.

  Check if you can send/receive emails both the Gmail account and Cox email account while you open webmail directly from your computer.
