Netflix email promotion never received.
Hello
My father-in-law never received his promotion of Netflix email, when we signed through the app.
I called customer service and they said an email must be on its way, but that was a week ago.
I see some postings with the same questions and hope someone can help.

Maybe change the email, not sure. Have you double checked your spam/junk mail folders? I know my yahoo email might block some messages.

I have a sync account. My password does not work. I had several requests for a password reset email, but none was received. There is nothing in my spam folder. I'm stuck. I have an account of my key synchronization (from the old account synchronization), but I can't find any information on how to use it to reset my account. Very very frustrating.

Firefox Sync has been abandoned in favour of Firefox accounts - so that users no longer have to worry about the keys to Sync.
You should be able to reset your password via the page Firefox accounts:

We have a team of creative cloud of 18 members.
Lately when we add a new Member, he never received the activation email.A small number of members of the team get the email immediately. Never do.
Phone support Adobe instructs us to wait 24 hours. We waited until three days, nothing.
